 INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO
 THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE
 CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC

 OF DOOR CLOSERS,AND WOULD HAVE SELF LATCHING
 DOORSBEING EXTERIOR EXIT DOORS.
 THE PLANS ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED 12" SIDE CLEARENCE
 ON THE LATCH SIDE OF THE DOOR, SEE11-4.13.6
 MANEUVERING CLEARENCES AT DOORS. MINIMUM MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES AT DOORS THAT ARE NOT AUTOMATIC OR
 POWER-ASSISTED SHALL BE AS SHOWN IN FIG. 25. THE FLOOR
 OR GROUND AREA WITHIN THE REQUIRED CLEARANCES SHALL BE
 CLEAR & LEVEL.
  
 3) PRODUCT APPROVALS, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TYPE OF
 GLAZING AND IF MULLIONS AND FRAMES REQUIRE REINFORCING,
 PLEASE SEE SHEET A-2 & S-1 THE WESTERN EXPOSURE,THE
 FRONT ENTRY IS DRAWN WITHOUT A TRANSOM BUT THE FRAMING
 MEMBERS OR BEAM THAT CARRIES THESE MEMBERS WOULD BE AT
 THE TALLEST WINDOWS. THE HORIZONTALL MULLION THAT WOULD
 BE CARRYING THE LOAD IS OVER 13'-6" LONG PLUS THE
 STUCCO LOADSAPPLIED TO THIS AREA. PLEASE VERIFY THE
 FRAMING CONDITIONS IN THIS AREA.AT THIS TIME UNABLE
 TO DO A REVIEW ON THE STOREFRONT PANEL WALL SYSTEM NOR
