 4) THE ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED IN THE TITLE
 BLOCK ON THE LAST SHEET IS DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER
 SHEETS, WHICH ARE THE ONES LISTED WITH THE DBPR. PLEASE
 CORRECT. FAC 61G1- 16.004.
  
 5) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF COVERING
 MATERIAL. DCA RULE 9B-72. IF THE WALL COVERING IS A
 MANUFACTURED PRODUCT SUCH AS HARDIPLANK OR VINYL
 SIDING, SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS.
  
 6) FBC 106.3* CITY AMENDMENTS PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE
 PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 7) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS AND
 LISTING FOR THE PRE-FAB FIREPLACE AND CHIMNEY. FBC
 R1002 AND R1004.
  
 8) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE PRE-FAB FIREPLACE ENCLOSURE
 CONSTRUCTION. FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9) SPECIFY THE ROOF PITCH FOR THE NEW ROOF AT THE

 12) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R806.1 VENTILATION REQUIRED.
 ENCLOSED ATTICS AND ENCLOSED RAFTER SPACES FORMED WHERE
 CEILINGS ARE APPLIED DIRECTLY TO THE UNDERSIDE OF ROOF
 RAFTERS SHALL HAVE CROSS VENTILATION FOR EACH SEPARATE
 SPACE BY VENTILATING OPENINGS PROTECTED AGAINST THE
 ENTRANCE OF RAIN. VENTILATING OPENINGS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT WIRE MESH, WITH 1 / 8
 INCH (3.2 MM) MINIMUM TO 1/4 INCH (6.4 MM) MAXIMUM
 OPENINGS. SPECIFY THE SIZE AND SPACING OF ATTIC VENTS.
  
 13) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF A SURVEY/SITE PLAN INDICATING
 THE DISTANCES TO PROPERTY LINES. FBC R302
  
 14) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS. IN
 BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF
 CONSTRUCTION, AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ATTIC AREAS THAT EXCEED 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M 2 )
 AND HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR
 GREATER. SPECIFY SIZE AND LOCATION.
  
 15) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 704 INSPECTION FOR
 TERMITES IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION FOR TERMITE
 INFESTATION, CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS

 C4, C9, C15, C18, C22, C23, C24, C28, C31, C33, P1, P2
 AND P3, OR DECAY-RESISTANT HEARTWOOD OF REDWOOD, BLACK
 LOCUST, OR CEDARS. 5.WOOD SIDING, SHEATHING AND
 WALL FRAMING ON THE EXTERIOR OF A BUILDING HAVING A

 17) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE BEAM AND COLUMNS WHERE THE
 LOAD BEARING WALL WILL BE REMOVED BETWEEN THE EXISTING
 FAMILY ROOM AND THE ENCLOSED GARAGE. SPECIFY THE SIZE
 OF THE LAMINATED BEAM. SHOW THE CONTINUOUS LOAD PATH
 FROM SECOND STORY WALL TO THE FOUNDATION. SPECIFY ALL
 CONNECTORS. SPECIFY THE REQUIRED FOUNDATION FOR THE
 COLUMNS SUPPORTING THIS BEAM. SEE R301.1.
  
 18) SPECIFY THE SPACING OF THE BOTTOM PLATE ANCHORS ON
 THE KNEE WALL DETAIL ON THE LAST SHEET. SEE R301.1.
  
 19) THE KNEE WALL AND GABLE END DETAILS ON THE LAST
 SHEET SPECIFY LATH AND STUCCO FOR THE EXTERIOR WALL
 COVERING. THE ELEVATIONS SPECIFY SIDING PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 20) SPECIFY 8 D RING SHANK NAILS ON THE ROOF NAILING
 PATTERN NOTES ON THE LAST SHEET. SEE SECTION R803.2.3.1
 OF 2006 REVISIONS TO 2004 FBC RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 21) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R313.1.1 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS
 AND ADDITIONS.
 WHEN INTERIOR ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS
 REQUIRING A PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE SLEEPING
 ROOMS ARE ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE
 INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH SMOKE
 ALARMS LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS; THE SMOKE
 ALARMS SHALL BE INTERCONNECTED AND HARD WIRED.
 EXCEPTIONS:
 1.SMOKE ALARMS IN EXISTING AREAS SHALL NOT BE
 REQUIRED TO BE INTERCONNECTED AND HARD WIRED WHERE THE
 ALTERATIONS OR REPAIRS DO NOT RESULT IN THE REMOVAL OF
 INTERIOR WALL OR CEILING FINISHES EXPOSING THE
 STRUCTURE, UNLESS THERE IS AN ATTIC, CRAWL SPACE, OR
 BASEMENT AVAILABLE WHICH COULD PROVIDE ACCESS FOR HARD
 WIRING AND INTERCONNECTION WITHOUT THE REMOVAL OF
 INTERIOR FINISHES.
 2.REPAIRS TO THE EXTERIOR SURFACES OF DWELLINGS
 ARE EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
