 1) A NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.546-233-5025
  
 3) SPECIFY THE EXPOSURE CATEGORY IN WHICH THE STRUCTURE
 IS LOCATED ON THE PLANS. R301.2.1.4
  
 4) THE VALUE FOR THE WORK ON THE PLANS IS TOO LOW. THE
 VALUE IS REQUIRED TO INCLUDE THE COSTS OF MATERIALS AND
 LABOR AS WOULD BE CHARGED BY A CONTRACTOR. PLEASE
 REVISE. FBC 108.3* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5) THE SURVEY/SITE PLAN INDICATES THAT ONE OF THE WALLS
 OF THE ENCLOSED CARPORT IS LESS THAN SIX FEET FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE.SPECIFY ON THE SITE PLAN THAT THE
 DISTANCE TO ANY STRUCTURES ON THE ADJACENT LOT IS
 GREATER THAN SIX FEET OR COMPLY WITH SECTIONS R302.1
 AND R302.2.R302.1 EXTERIOR WALLS. EXTERIOR WALLS
 SEPARATED BY LESS THAN 6 FEET (1828 MM) SHALL HAVE NOT
 LESS THAN A ONE-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE RATING WITH
 EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL NOT EXTEND
 TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM AN
 ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL. R302.2 OPENINGS. OPENINGS
 SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF A
 DWELLING OR ACCESSORY BUILDING THAT IS SEPARATED FROM
 AN ADJACENT BUILDING BY A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 6 FEET
 (1828 MM). THIS DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE LINE USED TO DETERMINE THE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE CONNECTORS USED TO ATTACH THE EXISTING
 TRUSSES TO THE EXISTING BEAM.R802.2.9.1 UPLIFT
 RESISTANCE. A CONTINUOUS LOAD PATH SHALL BE PROVIDED TO
 TRANSMIT THE UPLIFT FORCES FROM THE RAFTER OR TRUSS
 TIES TO THE FOUNDATION. FOR RAFTER CONSTRUCTION, STRAPS
 AND/OR CLIPS SHALL EXTEND SUCH THAT THE TOP NAIL IS
 WITHIN 1 INCH OF THE TOP OF THE RAFTER, OR SHALL BE
 WRAPPED AROUND THE TOP OF THE RAFTER WITH ONE OR MORE
 NAILS INSTALLED ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE RAFTER.
  
 7) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM THAT WAS SUBMITTED IS
 NOT THE CURRENT FORM. PLEASE SUBMIT UPDATED FORM,
 600C-04R, FOR 2004 BUILDING CODE.
  
 8) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 704. IN ORDER TO
 PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION FOR TERMITE INFESTATION,
 CLEARANCE BETWEEN EXTERIOR WALL COVERINGS AND FINAL
 EARTH GRADE ON THE EXTERIOR OF A BUILDING SHALL NOT BE
 LESS THAN 6 INCHES (152 MM). EXCEPTIONS: 3.A
 4-INCH (102 MM) INSPECTION SPACE ABOVE PATIO AND GARAGE
 SLABS AND ENTRY AREAS. THE STUCCO IS REQUIRED TO
 TERMINATE 6" ABOVE GRADE AND 4" ABOVE PATIO AND GARAGE
 SLABS AND ENTRY AREAS.
  
 9) SPECIFY WHICH WINDOWS ARE SINGLE HUNG AND FIXED ON
 THE PLANS.FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 10)FBC 106.3* CITY AMENDMENTS PRODUCT APPROVALS.
 THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72
 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 11) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE WINDOW
 MULLIONS AND STORM PANELS (THE NEW WINDOWS REQUIRE
 IMPACT PROTECTION R301.2.1.2) . DCA RULE 9B-72
  
 12) SUBMIT A KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULE FOE THE
 STORM PANELS. SPECIFY THE MOUNT TYPE, FASTENER TYPE AND
 SPACING, EDGE DISTANCE, SPANS, ETC. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE
 SCHEDULE. FBC 106.1.2* CITY AMENDMENTS.
