 PLEASE SEE SECTIONS OF CODES NOTED ABOVE WITH RESPECT
 TO INTERIOR LIGHTING. THE PLANS CAME BACK WITH A
 LIGHTING CONTROL PANEL/TIME CLOCK AND THE RESPONSE
 MENTIONS MANUAL CONTROLS ARE SHOWN BY SWITCHES IN
 SEPARATE SPACES. THE SEPARATE SPACE CONTROLS ARE
 REQUIRED TO OVER RIDE ANY TIME OF DAY SCHEDULING AND
 ARE ALSO LIMITED IN THE TIME OF THE OVER RIDES.
 STANDARD SWITCHES SHOWN ON PLANS DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE FOR ENERGY CODE COMPLIANCE. AS
 SHOWN ON PLANS, IF AN OCCUPANT TURNS A LIGHT SWITCH ON
 IN ANY ROOM IN *OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS* THE LIGHTING
 WOULD REMAIN ON INDEFINITELY. AUTOMATED CONTROLS FOR
 *ALL* LIGHTING WITHIN THIS BUILDING IS REQUIRED
 INCLUDING THAT OF SEPARATE SPACES TO OVER-RIDE TIME OF
 DAY SCHEDULING AS NOTED.
 AS NOT SYSTEM, DEVICES ETC WERE SHOWN IN DESIGN A FULL
 REVIEW OF SEVERAL ITEMS COULD NOT BE DONE AT THIS
 TIME.

 DECORATIVE ETC OF ANY KIND WHICH WILL BE FED ON THIS

 THE RESPONSE MENTIONS TO SEE LIGHTING CALCULATIONS
 SHOWN ON PLANS. THE REVIEW OF THESE CALCULATIONS SHOWS
 THE MINIMUM DESIGN EXCEEDING THE ALLOWANCES BY THE
 CODE. THERE ARE SEVERAL ITEMS WHICH WILL BE NOTED
 BELOW.

 A) MAY NOT USE RETAIL AS THE OCCUPANCY AS STATED IN
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE AND NFPA-101 STATES THIS IS
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. THEREFORE THE ALLOWANCES SHOWN IN
 TABLES MUST ONLY USE OFFICE.
 THIS APPLIES TO MOST AREAS ON PLANS WHICH SHOWS *SALES
 AREAS* AS THE ALLOWED USE. ONE EXAMPLE OF AN AREA WHICH
 CAN NOT BE *SALES AREA* IS THE *CHANGING ROOM*. THIS IS
 ONLY ONE EXAMPLES AS MOST OF THE AREAS NOTED AS SALES
 AREAS ARE JUST NOT SALES AREAS. THE CLOSET AS SHOWN IS
 NOT CONSIDERED *ACTIVE STORAGE* BASED ON USE SHOWN ON
 PLANS.
 THE CODE IS CLEAR FOR USE AND OCCUPANCIES. PLEASE KNOW
 AS INFORMATIONAL USE, MAY NOT USE 3.9 WATTS PER SQ FT
 AS FIGURED IN TABLE. THIS OCCUPANCY AND USE IS NOT
