 REAR ENTRANCE ABOVE WATER FOUNTAINS ARE MISSING.

 2. M-1: SIZE OF TRUNK LINE FEEDING STAFF LOUNGE AND
 OFFICE IS MISSING. PLEASE CORRECT AND RESUBMIT. FBCM

 3. M-1: A SPACE-BY-SPACE ANALYSIS OF THE VENTILATION
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROPOSED SPACES INDICATES THAT THE
 OUTSIDE AIR PROVIDED IS INADEQUATE BASED ON FBCM TABLE
 403.3. WITH EACH SPACE ADDED UP THE APPROXIMATE TOTAL
 IS 1675 CFM. THE TOTAL MAY ACTUALLY BE HIGHER BASED ON
 THE FACT THAT A COMMON VENTILATION SYSTEM IS BEING
 USED. PLEASE PROVIDE OUTSIDE AIR CALCULATIONS BASED ON
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD AS LISTED IN THE SPECIALTY SHOPS-
 BEAUTY OCCUPANCY IN TABLE 403.3. THIS WOULD REQUIRE AN
 OCCUPANT LOAD OF 25 PEOPLE PER 1000SF OF FLOOR AREA
 (FOR THE ENTIRE FLOOR AREA) AND A VENTILATION TARE OF
 25 CFM PER PERSON.
  
 4. M-1: THE NAIL SALON PORTION OF THE SPACE IS SUBJECT
 TO FOOTNOTE B OF TABLE 403.3, WHICH PROHIBITS AIR
 SUPPLIED TO THIS SPACE FROM BEING RECIRCULATED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH FBCM 403.2.1(3). HOW WILL AIR FROM THIS
 SPACE BE PREVENTED FROM RECIRCULATING WITH
 PARTIAL-HEIGHT PARTITIONS AND A COMMON RETURN? ALSO,
 ACCORDING TO THE FLOOR PLAN, 730 CFM OF SUPPLY IS
 PROVIDED IN THIS LOCATION WITH ONLY 400 CFM OF EXHAUST.
 ALL AIR SUPPLIED TO THIS SPACE SHALL BE EXHAUSTED TO
 PREVENT RECIRCULATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBCM
 403.2.1(3).
  
 5. M-1: FLOOR PLAN SHOWS DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS IN SUPPLY
 RISERS ABOVE THE STAFF LOUNGE AND PROCESSING ROOMS.
 THESE ROOMS SHAVE HARD GYPSUM PANEL CEILINGS AS SHOWN
 ON PG A-4. ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO SMOKE DETECTORS
 FOR INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBCM
 606.3.
  
 6. M-2: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS
 THAT ARE EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND
 INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES ON THE EQUIPMENT
 AND THE SUPPORTS AS DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBCB
 CHAPTER 16 PER FBCM 301.13. PROVIDE WIND LOAD
 CALCULATIONS FOR APPLIANCE ATTACHMENT TO STRUCTURE TO
 SUPPORT THE ATTACHMENT DETAIL FOR BUILDING PLAN REVIEW.
 ALSO, PROVIDE DATA FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF THE OUTDOOR
 APPLIANCES (RTU?S) SHOWING THEY HAVE BEEN DESIGNED AND
 TESTED TO WITHSTAND ANTICIPATED WIND LOADS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH FBCM 301.13 AND FBCB SECTION 1609.
  
 7. SHOW MEANS AND LOCATION OF CONDENSATE DISPOSAL.
 CONDENSATE FROM ALL COOLING COILS AND EVAPORATORS SHALL
 BE CONVEYED FROM THE DRAIN PAN OUTLET TO AN APPROVED
 PLACE OF DISPOSAL. CONDENSATE SHALL NOT DISCHARGE INTO
 A STREET, ALLEY OR OTHER AREAS SO AS TO CAUSE A
 NUISANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBCM 307.2.1
  
 8. PROVIDE AUXILIARY DRAIN PROTECTION IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH FBCM 307.2.3. A WATER LEVEL DETECTION DEVICE (SUCH
 AS A FLOAT SWITCH) INSTALLED INTERNALLY ON THE PRIMARY
 DRAIN PAN WILL MEET THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 9. PG M-2: GENERAL NOTE #17, PLEASE REFERENCE THE
 CORRECT CODE. THIS PROJECT IS BEING REVIEWED UNDER THE
 2004 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE W/ 2007 AMENDMENTS.
  
 10. PROVIDE SHUTOFF DAMPER CONTROLS ON OUTSIDE AIR AND
 EXHAUST IN ACCORDANCE WITH FBCB 13-409.1.ABC.3.3.
  
 11. PROVIDE AN AIR BALANCE SCHEDULE TO SHOW THE
 MECHANICAL SYSTEMS ARE DESIGNED TO ASSURE THAT
 BUILDINGS ARE PRESSURIZED WITH RESPECT TO OUTDOORS IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH FBCB 13-409.1.ABC.2.
  
 12. ENERGY CALCULATIONS WERE NOT PROVIDED. RENOVATED
 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS SHALL, WHEN APPLICABLE (SEE
 SECTION 202 OF FBCB CHAPTER 13), COMPLY WITH THE
 PRESCRIPTIVE REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN FORM 400C OR
 WITH METHOD B OF SUBCHAPTER 13-4 FOR INSULATION, HVAC
 SYSTEMS, LIGHTING, WATER HEATING SYSTEMS AND EXTERIOR
 ENVELOPE COMPONENTS BEING RETROFITTED OR REPLACED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH FBCB 13-101.1.3. PROVIDE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE. SYSTEM SIZING
 MAY NEED TO BE REDONE BASED ON ENERGY CALCULATIONS AND
 RECALCULATED OUTSIDE AIR RATES.
