 THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE
 CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR

 EXISTING BUILDING CODE ARE BOTH TO BE USED IN DESIGN
 FOR REMODELING.
 PROVIDE WHAT LEVEL OF ALTERATION TO BE COMPLETED
 UNDER THIS PERMIT. EXXISTING BUILDING CODE 301.5. B)
 THE USE AND OCCUPANCY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 3.
 C) THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AS DEFINEDIN CHAPTER 6,
 TABLE 601.
  
 3)PLEASE SEE THE EXIT CORRIDOR THAT IS SHARED BY BOTH
 TENANTS AND SECTION 605.1 IN THE 2004 EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE. THE DOORWAY FROM THE UNIT BEING REMODELED SWINGS
 INTO THE EXIT ACCESS CORRIDOR AND LEAVES LESS THAN THE
 REQUIRED 18".

 DURING ITS SWING, ANY DOOR IN A MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL
 LEAVE UNOBSTRUCTED AT LEAST ONE HALF OF THE REQUIRED
 WIDTH OF AN AISLE, CORRIDOR, PASSAGEWAY, OR LANDING,
 NOR PROJECT MORE THAN 7 INCHES (178 MM) INTO THE
 REQUIRED WIDTH OF AN AISLE, CORRIDOR, PASSAGEWAY OR
 LANDING, WHEN FULLY OPEN. DOORS SHALL NOT OPEN
 IMMEDIATELY ONTO A STAIR WITHOUT A LANDING. THE LANDING
 SHALL HAVE A WIDTH AT LEAST EQUAL TO THE WIDTH OF THE
 DOOR.

 4A) DOOR TYPE B IS A PAIR OF DOORS REQUIRING A CLEAR
 WIDTH OF 32". 1008.1.1 SIZE OF DOORS.
 THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF EACH DOOR OPENING SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD THEREOF AND SHALL
 PROVIDE A CLEAR WIDTH OF NOT LESS THAN 32 INCHES (813
 MM). CLEAR OPENINGS OF DOORWAYS WITH SWINGING DOORS
 SHALL BE MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE DOOR AND THE
 STOP, WITH THE DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES (1.57 RAD). WHERE
 THIS SECTION REQUIRES A MINIMUM CLEAR WIDTH OF 32
 INCHES (813 MM) AND A DOOR OPENING INCLUDES TWO DOOR
 LEAVES WITHOUT A MULLION, ONE LEAF SHALL PROVIDE A
 CLEAR OPENING WIDTH OF 32 INCHES (813 MM). THE MAXIMUM
 WIDTH OF A SWINGING DOOR LEAF SHALL BE 48 INCHES (1219
 MM) NOMINAL. MEANS OF EGRESS DOORS IN AN OCCUPANCY IN
 GROUP I-2 USED FOR THE MOVEMENT OF BEDS SHALL PROVIDE A
 CLEAR WIDTH NOT LESS THAN 41? INCHES (1054 MM). THE
 HEIGHT OF DOORS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 80 INCHES (2032
 MM). 11-4.13.4. DOUBLE LEAF DOORS.
  
 4B) DOOR C IN THE DEMO PLAN WAS AN OPENING OF 4'-0" YOU
 CAN'T REDUCE OPENINGS TO WHERE THEY ARE NOT CODE
 COMPLIANT. THE MINIMUMDOOR OPENING SIZE WOULD BE A
 2'-10" LEAVING A 32"
 OPENING. FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE 606.1 A
 BUILDING ELEMENT THAT IS ALTERED SHALL COMPLY WITH
 CHAPTER 11 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. 11-4.13.5.

 PROVIDE A CURB DETAIL AND ANCHORAGE AGAINST OVER
