 2. INDICATE ON THE SURVEY THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM

 NOTE: PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-304(B)(2): SETBACKS FOR ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 FRONT: 25 FEET.
  
 SIDE: FIVE FEET FROM THE LOT LINES.
  
 REAR: FIVE FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE ALLEY TO A GARAGE DOOR FACING THE ALLEY,
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 3. INDICATE THE SEPARATION DISTANCE OF THE PROPOSED
 GARAGE TO THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE. NOTE: PURSUANT TO
 THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-304(B)(3): ACCESSORY STRUCTURES
 SHALL BE LOCATED NO CLOSER THAN SIX (6) FEET TO THE
 PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
  
 4. INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED GARAGE. PURSUANT
 TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-304(B)(4): HEIGHT. ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURES SHALL NOT EXCEED 25 FEET.
