 REVIEW UNDER FBC 2004 WITH 2007 REVISIONS.
  
 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 713.13.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT A LATER TIME AT TIME OF
 PERMIT PICK UP TO AVOID EXPIRATION OF DOCUMENT.
  
 2- STORM SHUTTERS. PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE. AND, CLEARLY MARK ON
 SHUTTER DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS. EG: WALL
 MOUNTED CONDITION OR BUILT OUT CONDITION. ALSO, MARK ON
 SHUTTERS DRAWINGS SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO
 BE USED ACCORDING TO THE DESIGN PRESSURES, EDGE
 DISTANCE, CONNECTION TYPE, PANEL SPAN AND STRUCTURE TO
 BE ATTACHED TO. (REPEAT COMMENT. THIRD TIME). SEE PAGE
 5 AND 6 OF SHUTTERS DRAWINGS AND CIRCLE PROPER
 INFORMATION. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004
 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE AND PRODUCT APPROVAL
 LIMITATIONS.
  
 ***NOTE:
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED FOR SWING DOOR REQUIRES
 PROTECTION FOR GLASS. TAKE THIS OPENING INTO
 CONSIDERATION FOR STORM SHUTTERS INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE.
  
 3- THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED
 FOR THE EXTERIOR SWING DOOR. ONE IS FROM JELD-WEN AND
 THE OTHER ONE IS FROM THERMA-TRU. PROVIDE ONLY
 INFORMATION FOR SPECIFIC DOOR TO BE INSTALLED.
 ***NOTE: BOTH PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED ARE EXPIRED.
 NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR SPECIFIC
 DOOR TO BE INSTALLED.
  
 4- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 5- A) PROVIDE STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL USING 2X BUCK AS
 REQUIRED BY PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED.
 ***NOTE: REVISE DOOR BUCK DETAIL TO PROVIDE DOOR FRAME
 FULL SUPPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R613.6 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. SEE SIZE OF DOOR FRAME IN DOOR
 PRODUCT APPROVAL SO CORRECT BUCK SIZE CAN BE SPECIFIED.
 DETAIL PROVIDE DOESN'T SHOW FULL SUPPORT OF DOOR FRAME
 AND DOESN'T SPECIFY STRUCTURAL BUCK SIZE(REPEAT
 COMMENT).
 B) BUCK DETAIL CALLS FOR #8 X 2 1/2" WOOD SCREWS. WOOD
 SCREWS ARE NOT GOOD TO BE ATTACHED TO CONCRETE BLOCK.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 C) SPECIFY ANCHOR SPACING. DETAIL DOESN'T SPACY ANCHOR
 LOCATION AND SPACING.
  
 6- SHEET A1:
 A) INFORMATION SHOWN ON DIAPHRAGM SCHEDULE FOR ROOF
 SHEATHING AND INFORMATION ON EXT. C.M.U. WALL DOESN'T
 MATCH. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH.
 ALSO, SEE SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE FOR MINIMUM TYPE AND NAILING SPACING REQUIRED AT
 ROOF ZONE #3 AND REVISE AS REQUIRED. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 B) SPECIFY ROOF ZONE #3 DIMENSION. SEE FOOTNOTE ON
 FIGURE R301.2(8) OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE AND
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) REVISE ROOF COVERING REFERENCE CITED IN THE WIND
 PRESSURE ZONES ROOF DIAGRAM. CORRECT CODE TO CITE IS
 THE 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 REFERENCE THIS CODE AND THE SPECIFIC SECTION. (REPEAT
 COMMENT).
  
 D) SEE SIMPSON PRODUCT APPROVAL AND REVISE CONNECTOR
 HETAL20 FASTENER NUMBER AND UPLIFT LOADS. (REPEAT
 COMMENT).
  
 E) BUILDING INFORMATION SHOWN ON DESIGN CRITERIA SHOWN
 AT BOTTOM RIGHT TABLE OF SHEET DOESN'T MATCH BUILDING
 INFORMATION. REVISE BUILDING WIDTH, LENGTH AND ROOF
 SLOPE TO MATCH PLANS.
  
 F) SPECIFY ALL DESIGN LOADS INCLUDING THE ATTIC LIVE
 LOADS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.1 AND TABLE R301.5 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. MAKE SURE TO IDENTIFY IF
 ATTIC WILL BE USED FOR STORAGE OR NOT. ACCORDING TO
 SIZE OF ATTIC ACCESS SHOWN ON ROOF FRAMING PLAN, THE
 ATTIC MAY BE DESIGNED FOR STORAGE. CLARIFY INFORMATION
 ON PLANS AS REQUIRED.
  
 G) DESIGN PRESSURES FOR WINDOW SHOWN ON DOOR & WINDOW
 SCHEDULE DON'T MATCH DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON DESIGN
 CRITERIA AT BOTTOM RIGHT OF SHEET. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 H) EXT. C.M.U. WALL SECTION: FOOTING DOESN'T MATCH
 FOOTING SHOWN ON DETAIL F1. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH.
  
 7- PROVIDE SURVEY OR SITE PLAN SHOWING EXACT LOCATION
 OF NEW GARAGE. SEE ZONING COMMENTS.
