 REVIEW UNDER FBC 2004 WITH 2007 REVISIONS.
  
 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 713.13.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT A LATER TIME AT TIME OF
 PERMIT PICK UP TO AVOID EXPIRATION OF DOCUMENT.
  
 2- OWES $146.78 FOR PERMIT VALUATION AND RADON FEES.
 THIS FEE WAS CHARGED ON PREVIOUS CHECKLIST AND IT WAS
 NOT PAID YET. IN ADDITION, RESUBMITTAL FEES WILL BE
 ASSESSED AFTER THE FIRST RE-SUBMITTAL.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:
 A) GARAGE DOOR THAT MEETS THE ENGINEER CALCULATED
 DESIGN PRESSURES. (REPEAT COMMENT. NO INFORMATION WAS
 SUBMITTED).
  
 B) ALL SIMPSON AND USP CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS. PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF EVERYTHING. PROVIDE
 ONLY THE COPY OF FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE
 AND PAGE SHOWING THE CONNECTORS. (REPEAT COMMENT). ONLY
 ONE COPY OF A LIST OF FL NUMBERS FOR SIMPSON CONNECTORS
 WAS PROVIDED. INFORMATION FOR USP CONNECTORS WAS NOT
 PROVIDED.
  
 C) STORM SHUTTERS. PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE. AND, CLEARLY MARK ON
 SHUTTER DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS. EG: WALL
 MOUNTED CONDITION OR BUILT OUT CONDITION. ALSO, MARK ON
 SHUTTERS DRAWINGS SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO
 BE USED ACCORDING TO THE DESIGN PRESSURES, EDGE
 DISTANCE, CONNECTION TYPE, PANEL SPAN AND STRUCTURE TO
 BE ATTACHED TO. (REPEAT COMMENT). SEE PAGE 5 AND 6 OF

 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 5- PROVIDE STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAIL USING 2X BUCK AS
 REQUIRED BY PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED.
 ***NOTE: REVISE DOOR BUCK DETAIL TO PROVIDE DOOR FRAME
 FULL SUPPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. SEE SIZE OF DOOR FRAME
 IN DOOR PRODUCT APPROVAL SO CORRECT BUCK SIZE CAN BE
 SPECIFIED.
  
 6- SHEET A1:
 A) INFORMATION SHOWN ON DIAPHRAGM SCHEDULE FOR ROOF
 SHEATHING AND INFORMATION ON EXT. C.M.U. WALL ON SHEET
 A2 DOESN'T MATCH. REVISE THICKNESS AND ANCHOR TYPE AND
 SPACING TO MATCH.. SEE SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR MINIMUM TYPE AND NAILING SPACING
 REQUIRED AT ROOF ZONE #3.
  
 B) REVISE WIND PRESSURE ZONES ROOF DIAGRAM. ONE CORNER
 SHOWS CORNER "A" ZONE AS 4'-0" , WHILE THE OTHER CORNER
 SHOWS "A" ZONE AS 5'-0". REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) REVISE ROOF COVERING REFERENCE CITED IN THE WIND
 PRESSURE ZONES ROOF DIAGRAM. CORRECT CODE TO CITE IS
 THE 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 REFERENCE THIS CODE AND THE SPECIFIC SECTION.
  
 D) PROVIDE SECTION/DETAIL SHOWING HOW ARE THE TWO TRUSS
 CONNECTORS INSTALLED ON EACH TRUSS AS SPECIFIED ON ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN. (EG: SIMPSON MGT WITH USP LPTA AND
 SIMPSON HHETA-20 WITH USP LPTA). SEC. 106.1.2 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004 TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 CALCULATED UPLIFT LOADS AND LATERAL LOADS OF SEC.

 THE CURRENT REVISIONS ARE THE 2007 REVISIONS, NOT 2006.
  
 G) CODE INFORMATION SPECIFIED THIS CONSTRUCTION TO BE
 TYPE 3-B. TYPE 3-B IS FOR 2 HOUR FIRE RATED CONCRETE
 BLOCK. PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO HOUR
 CONCRETE BLOCK OR REVISE CONSTRUCTION TYPE AS REQUIRED.
 TYPICALLY RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES ARE SPECIFIED AS
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE V-B. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 7- COORDINATE WITH ZONING REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
 PRIVACY WALL. THIS IS DONE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT.

 8- SPECIFY ATTIC ACCESS AND LOCATION AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R807 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
