 SUBMITTED.PLEASE PRINT THE PRODUCT APPROVAL ALONG
 WITH ALL ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS (EVALUATION REPORT,
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) FROM THE WEBSITE
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG.THE ENGINEER IS TO REVIEW THE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS, FBC*106.3.3 (SHOP DRAWING REVIEW
 STAMP OR LETTER OR INCORPORATE REFERENCE INTO SIGNED
 AND SEALED PLAN).

 REFERENCE.THIS WAS DONE FOR THIS REVIEW AS A
 COURTESY, BUT DUE TO WORK LOAD WE ARE UNABLE TO DO THIS
 FOR EVERY PERMIT.

 CALCS SHEET 3 AND ROOF FRAMING PLAN SHEET S3 (PREPARED
 BY DE BRITT & ASSOCIATES ENGINEERS).IT APPEARS THAT
 ADDITIONAL FRAMING MEMBERS WERE ADDED GRAPHICALLY.THE
 ALTERED PLAN SHOWS ROOF BEAMS WHICH ARE CONSISTENT WITH
 SHEET 3 OF CALCS.SHEET 3 STATES THAT 9.75' SPAN DOES
 NOT WORK FOR COMPONENT & CLADDING WIND PRESSURES, AND
 NEW DECK SPAN IS 4.8'.THE EXISTING PLAN APPEARS TO
 SHOW ONE ROOF FRAMING MEMBER IN THE CENTER, WHICH DOES
 NOT APPEAR ON THE NEW PLAN.DOES THIS GET REMOVED? SEE
 SHEET S1 PREPARED BY PBSJ, WHICH STATES "3ALL STEEL
 BEAMS ARE EXISTING".IT IS NOT CLEAR WHY S1 SHOWS THE
 ROOF FRAMING AS EXISTING AND NO CHANGES TO BE DONE, BUT
 THE CALCS SHEET 03 SHOW THAT A TOTAL OF 8 ROOF JOISTS
 ARE TO BE INSTALLED (EXISTING FRAMING HAS ONLY 3).IT
 IS NOT CLEAR WHY THE CALCS WOULD INDICATE THAT
 ADDITIONAL REINFORCEMENT IS NEEDED, BUT THE PLAN (WHICH
 IS WHAT THE CONTRACTOR AND INSPECTOR WILL USE TO DO THE
 WORK) DO NOT SHOW THIS REINFORCEMENT.
  
 3RD REVIEW, NOT ADDRESSED.PLANS SHOW ROOF PANELS OVER
 EXISTING, BUT CALCS STATE THAT EXISTING SPAN DOES NOT
 WORK.PLEASE SEE CALCULATIONS.SEE ALSO FBC EB

 DETERMINED THIS TO BE A REPAIR OR LEVEL 1 ALTERATION,

 ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL WORK MUST BE DONE.PLEASE
