2008-08-04 14:14:49LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES, BASED
 UPON ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SHALL BE ADDED TO THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.ALL
 EXISTING PROPOSED TREES, SHRUBS AND GROUND COVER SHALL
 BE CLEARLY IDENTIFED.NOTES CONCERING PROHIBITED PLANT
 SPECIES, DEPTH OF MULCH , PLANT GRADES AND IRRIGATION
 COVERAGE SHALL BE PLACED ON THE PLAN.
  
 ALL EXISTING TREES, SHRUBS, GROUND COVER AND SOD SHALL
 BE FLORIDA #1 GRADE OR IT WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.
  
 SOD AND IRRIGATION IS REQUIRED IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 BETWEEN THE PROPERTY LINE AND THE PAVED ROAD AND ALL
 LANDSCAPED AREAS THROUGHOUT THE SITE SHALL RECEIVE 100%
 IRRIGATION COVERAGE.
  
 SHOW ALL OVERHEAD LINES (ON OR OFF THE PROPERTY) ,
 OVERHANGING TREE LIMBS FROM NEIGHBORING PROPERTY AND
 OTHER UTILITIES THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 THE ELEVATION SHOWS PLANTER BOXES BUT THESE BOXES ARE
 NOT SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.ALL PLANS MUST BE
 CONSISTENT. IT WOULD HELP IF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN WERE
 DRAWN AT A LARGER SCALE.
