 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE

 2) PLEASE SUBMIT 2 OF ALL SURVEYS, PLANS, REPORTS,
 REVISIONS, PRODUCT APPROVALS AND OR SUBMITTALS FOR
 REVIEW FOR PERMIT. IF YOUR PROJECT WILL REQUIRE A
 RESIDENT INSPECTOR OR IF YOUR PROJECT IS A THRESHOLD
 BUILDING REQUIRING A THRESHOLD INSPECTOR THEN (3) THREE
 SETS OF ALL SAID DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR PERMIT
 ISSUANCE. 106.1* /2004 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS WEST PALM
 BEACH ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 3) 106.1.1* W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/2004 DRAWINGS
 & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR
 IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED
 AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 4) FL S S 713.13. NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT, TO BE FILED
 WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT.NOTE: 713.13(2) IF THE
 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 5) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 6)106.3.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS- 2004. THOSE PRODUCTS
 THAT ARE REGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 EXTERIOR HOLLOW METAL DOOR AND THE STOREFRONT DOOR NEED
 SHALL BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 PLEASE HI-LIGHT OR CIRCLE THE DOOR WHICH WILL BE
 INSTALLED AT THE PROJECT FROM THE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 7) FBC 106.3.5 INDICATE ON THE DRAWINGS THE FOLLOWING
 INFORMATION.
 A)THE USE AND OCCUPANCY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 3.
 B) THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION AS DEFINED IN CHAPTER 6,
 TABLE 601.
 C) THE OCCUPANT LOAD, SEE 1004.
 D) IF AN AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM ISPROVIDED
 E) PROVIDE THE SCHEMATIC FOR THE FIRE SPRINKLER ON A
 CEILING PLAN IN RELATION WITH THE NEW WALLS.
  
 8)ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW
 WALLS. ARE THE WALLS CONNECTED TO THE STRUCTURE ABOVE
 OF THE CEILING?SUBMIT A FRAMING DETAIL DRAWING FOR
 THE NEW EXTERIOR WALL SHOWING THE HEADER AND FLOOR
 ATTACHMENT WITH A UL# AND THE FIRE RATING OF THE WALL.
  
 9)THERE IS NO BATHROOM OR DRINKING FOUNTAIN FACILITY
 SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS, INDICATE THESE SYSTEMS ON THE
 DRAWINGS. THE DRINKING FOUNTAIN SHALL MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 11-4.15. FBC 11-4.17.2 WATER
 CLOSETS IN ACCESSIBLE STALLS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION
 11-4.116.
  
 10)TABLE 803.5 MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH
 CLASSIFICATION; PROVIDE INFORMATION BASED ON INTERIOR
 FINISH REQUIREMENTS BASED ON OCCUPANCY.
  
 11)SUBMIT A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHOWING THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS, EXIT ACCESS, EXIT, TRAVEL DISTANCE ETC.
