 1. PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY.
 SURVEY SHALL BE NO MORE THAN 1 YEAR OLD.
  
 2. SITE PLAN SHOWS 2 WALLS WITH GATES WITHIN THE SIDE
 SETBACKS.PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL WALLS AND FENCES SHALL
 BE APPROVED ON A SEPARATE PERMIT.DETAILS OF THE WALLS
 AND GATES, TO INCLUDE THE APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT
 FORM FROM THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH WATER UTILITIES
 DEPARTMENT, SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE FENCE PERMIT
 APPLICATION.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF
 THE WALLS AND GATES SHALL NOT EXCEED 6 FEET IN HEIGHT
 MEASURED FROM THE OUTSIDE GRADE.ANY DECORATIVE
 ELEMENTS ON TOP OF THE WALLS/GATES SHALL NOT EXCEED 10
 PERCENT OF 6 FEET.
  
 3. THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE SITE PLAN AND
 LANDSCAPE PLAN IN REGARDS TO THE LOCATION, DIMENSIONS
 AND AREA OF THE PATIO AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY.
 PLEASE REVISE.
  
 4. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS MATCH AND SHOW SAME
 CONDITIONS.DISCREPANCY BETWEEN ANY OF THE PLANS WILL
 DELAY BUILDING PERMIT APPROVAL.
  
 5. IT APPEARS THAT TREES ARE BEING PROPOSED WITHIN THE
 UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE REAR PROPERTY LINE.TREES
 SHALL NOT BE LOCATED WITHIN AN EASEMENT.LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL SHOW ALL UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 6. IRRIGATION SHALL BE APPROVED ON A SEPARATE PERMIT.
 PROVIDE IRRIGATION PLAN AND DETAILS WITH THE IRRIGATION
 PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 7. PAVER SHALL BE UNSEALED FOR THE DRIVEWAY TO BE A
 PERMEABLE SURFACE.
  
 8. REPEAT COMMENT - PROVIDE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS ON
 ELEVATIONS (SHEETS A4 AND A5) FROM GRADE TO THE
 MIDPOINT OF THE ROOF?S PITCH.
 A. THE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS PROVIDED ARE FROM THE FIRST
 FLOOR ELEVATION AND NOT FROM GRADE.OVERALL BUILDING
 HEIGHT DIMENSION, AS DEFINED IN THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM
 GRADE ON ALL ELEVATIONS.
  
 9. PROVIDE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF
 THE CHIMNEY.
  
 10. IDENTIFY THE OBJECT SHOWN ON THE REAR SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY ON THE NORTH ELEVATION.
