 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 4)NUDELL ARCHITECTS NEEDS TO INDICATE THE CERTIFICATE
 OF AUTHORIZATION IN THE TITLE BLOCK. 61G1-16.004 TITLE
 BLOCK.
 A TITLE BLOCK MUST APPEAR ON ALL ARCHITECTURAL OR
 INTERIOR DESIGN DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATION
 IDENTIFICATION SHEETS. THE TITLE BLOCK MUST, AT A
 MINIMUM, CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
 (1) FIRM NAME, ADDRESS, AND TELEPHONE NUMBER.
 (2) FIRM LICENSE NUMBER.
 (3) NAME OR IDENTIFICATION OF PROJECT.
 (4) DATE PREPARED.
 (5) A SPACE FOR THE SIGNATURE AND DATED SEAL.
 (6) A SPACE FOR THE PRINTED NAME OF THE PERSON SEALING
 THE DOCUMENT.
  
 5)106.3.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS- 2004. THOSE PRODUCTS
 THAT ARE REGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR THE NEW LOUVER WINDOW
  
 6)THE PLANS NEED TO CLEARLY SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE
 GENERATOR IN REFERENCE TO THE REQUIRED CLEARANCE FOR
 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORK. INDICATE THE DISTANCE THE
 GENERATOR WILL BE PLACED FROM THE WALLS. IF THE NEW
 GENERATOR LOADS INCREASE, A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER SHALL
 PROVIDE ENGINEERED CALCULATIONS STATING THAT THE
 EXISTING FLOOR LOAD IS CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THE WEIGHT
 OF THE GENERATOR. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM THE PROVISIONS OF THE CODE
 AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES RULES AND REGULATIONS.

 7)PLEASE INDICATE WHAT MATERIALS WILL BE USED TO
 ATTACH THE ACCESS LADDER TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE.
 INDICATE THE FIRE RESISTANCE RATING OF THE ROOM WHERE
 THE GENERATOR IS INSTALLED.
  
 8)THE CLAIMED VALUE ON THE PERMIT IS LOW. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, MECHANICAL INTERIOR FINISH
 ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES AND OVER HEAD AND PROFIT
