 SPACE BEFORE THE C OF C FOR THE BASE BUILDING HAS BEEN
 ISSUED.THE DEVELOPER AND BOTH CONTRACTORS WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A LETTER STATING THAT THEY
 UNDERSTAND THAT ANY DISPUTE OVER RESPONSIBILITY DOES
 NOT RELIEVE THEM FROM THE JOINT RESPONSIBILITY TO
