 1)CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK, ORIGINAL PERMIT WAS TO
 INSTALL HANDICAP RAMP...REVISION SHEET INDICATES
 REMOVAL OF RAMP AND INSTALLATION OF STAIRCASE/OVERHANG.
 IF NO RAMP IS PROVIDED FOR ADA ACCESS, THE HEIGHT OF
 THE RAILING (INCLUDING THE PLATFORM) SHALL NOT EXCEED 4
 FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1):
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT.IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, FENCES OR
 WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT
 WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK.
  
 2)PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY SHOWING
 THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS WITH DIMENSIONS AND SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.
  
 NOTE:ANY NEW CONSTRUCTION OF A STRUCTURE SHALL MEET
 CURRENT SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
  
 MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDINGS.
 FRONT: 25 FEET;
 REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH, WHICHEVER
 IS LESS;
 SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
