 STOOPS, AND OPEN TERRACES WHICH ARE THREE FEET OR LESS
 ABOVE GRADE MAY ENCROACH INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK AREA
 TO A POINT NOT CLOSER THAN TWO FEET TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE. ANY GRADE DIFFERENTIAL BETWEEN THE ENCROACHING
 STEP, PORCH, STOOP, OR TERRACE AND ADJACENT PROPERTY
 SHALL BE STRUCTURALLY RETAINED AND POSITIVELY DRAINED
 IN A MANNER THAT WILL PREVENT ANY DRAINAGE DISCHARGE TO
 ANY PROPERTY CONTIGUOUS TO THE SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY
 LINES.

 PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1): MAXIMUM
 HEIGHT.IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, FENCES OR WALLS
 SHALL NOT BE IN EXCESS OF 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN
