 *THERE ARE STILL COMMENTS FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW WHICH
 HAVE NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.
  
  
  
 1) NOTE: THE BASE BUILDING IS NOT COMPLETE AND STILL
 DOES NOT HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. THE BASE
 BUILDING AS GIVEN ON THE LAST THREE REVIEWS ARE STILL
 IS STILL UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BASE BUILDING
 DESIGN TEAM. ALL PLANS FOR ALL TRADES WHETHER OR NOT
 COMMENT IS MADE BY ANY OTHER TRADE REVIEW ARE REQUIRED
 TO CONTAIN A *SHOP DRAWING REVIEW STAMP* FROM THE BASE
 BUILDING DESIGNERS BEFORE PERMIT MAY BE ISSUED.
 WHEN WORK ON THE SAME BUILDING AND SAME SPACE IS TO
 TAKE PLACE A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN EACH
 LICENSE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED.

 2) NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE SUBMITTED ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 ARE STILL NOT CODE COMPLIANT. THERE ARE STILL SPECIFIC
 ITEMS WHICH WERE GIVEN ON THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS WHICH
 ARE STILL THE EXACT SAME.
 ONE EXAMPLE IS THE EXTERIOR LIGHTING WHICH IS STILL IN
 FACT *BLANK* ON THE INPUT DATA REPORT. THERE IS NO
 LIGHTING AT ALL PLACED INTO THE INPUT DATA REPORT. THIS
 IS NOT POSSIBLE WHEN THE PLANS DO HAVE EXTERIOR
 LIGHTING SHOWN. PLEASE SEE 13-415.2.ABC.1.3. THE
 SUBMITTED METHOD OF CALCULATION IS A METHOD FOR *WHOLE
 BUILDING*. THIS METHOD CAN NOT BE USED UNLESS ALL
 COMPONENTS REQUIRED FOR MINIMUM COMPLIANCE IS
 MET.13-400.3.A.
 PLEASE SEE ANOTHER EXAMPLE IS *PIPING* ON THE IDR. THIS
 IS ALSO BLANK. THIS IS ALSO NOT POSSIBLE WHEN SECTION
 13-411.1.ABC.2 REQUIRES MINIMUM VALUES.

 3) NOTE: PANEL BOARD *A* STILL NOTES THE ENTIRE SECTION
 ONE AND TWO AS EXISTING WHEN RISER SHOWS SECTION TWO AS
 NEW. IN SECTION ONE OF PANEL THIS SHOWS A SEPARATE
 100AMP FEED TO NEW SECTION.
 THIS WOULD NOT BE A SECTION TWO PANEL IF IT HAS A
 SEPARATE SUB-PANEL BREAKER AND FEEDERS. THIS WOULD BE A
 SUB PANEL.
 A SECTION TWO FOR ANY PANEL BOARD IS TYPICALLY
 EQUIPMENT WITH THE SAME RATING WITH FEED-THRU LUGS.
  
 **IMPORTANT**
 ONCE AUDIT/REVIEWS ARE COMPLETE AND PLANS ARE PICKED UP
 FOR CORRECTIONS, PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLETELY REMOVE
 ALL OLD/VOIDED SHEETS AND ONLY INSERT NEW REVISED
 SHEETS INTO TWO COMPLETE SETS FOR REVIEW AND STAMPING.
 DO NOT LEAVE ANY OLD/VOIDED SHEETS IN SETS.
 PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO PLANS. ANY
 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 SPEC/CUT SHEETS, CALCULATIONS ETC. SHOULD BE PLACED
 INTO TWO SETS/FOLDERS/BINDERS ETC.
 PLEASE KNOW ONLY ONE SET OF THE OLD/VOIDED SHEETS
 SHOULD BE SUBMITTED FOR REFERENCE.
 THIS WILL HELP IN THE AUDIT/REVIEW PROCESS AND AVOID
 ANY DELAYS.
