 COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT IS AT 4354 OKEECHOBEE
 BLVD.
  
 3) THE SHELL PERMIT IS NOT YET RECEIVED A ISSUED
 PERMIT. PLEASE SEE THE ELECTRICAL COMMENT NUMBER ONE
 WHICH DEALS WITH DIFFERENT DESIGN TEAMS FROM THE BASE
 BUILDING AND SHOP DRAWING STAMP APPROVAL FROM THE BASE
 BUILDING DESIGN TEAM.
  
 4) THE BASE BUILDING CONTRACTOR WILL ALSO NEED TO
 PROVIDE A LETTER TO ALLOW THE TENANT FIT UP CONTRACTOR
 TO START WORK BEFORE THE ISSUANCE OF ACERTIFICATE OF
 COMPLETIONTHIS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE NOTARIZED
 LETTER.
