 1) PLANS DO NOT MATCH THOSE APPROVED BY THE CITY
 COMMISSION (ORDINANCE 4091-07).A MAJOR AMENDMENT TO
 THE COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD) WILL BE
 REQURIED.THIS IS CURRENTLY IN PROCESS.UPON APPROVAL
 OF THE NEW PLANS BY THE COMMISSION, ALL PERMIT DRAWINGS
 WILL NEED TO MATCH THOSE APPROVED.
  
 THE FOLLOWING ARE SOME COMMENTS PROVIDED AS AN FYI AND
 SHOULD BE ADDRESSED....A FULL ZONING REVIEW WILL BE
 COMPLETED UPON SUBMITTAL OF THE PLANS, FOLLOWING
 APPROVAL BY THE CITY COMMISSION:
  
 A) PRIOR TO SUBMISSION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT, THE WEST
 PALM BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT - CRIME PREVENTION UNIT
 SHALL REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
 PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER INDICATING THEIR APPROVAL OF
 SUCH.PLEASE CONTACT KELLY CARSILLO AT (561)
 822-1620.
  
 B) A PLAT SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY AND THEN
 RECORDED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 C) THE POLICE SUBSTATION LOCATED ON THE PARKING LEVEL
 SHALL CONTAIN ELECTRIC, PHONE, DATA CONNECTION,
 DESK/WORKSPACE, AND A VIDEO MONITOR CONNECTED TO THE
 SECURITY SYSTEM.
  
 D) THREE (3) POLICE-ONLY PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 PROVIDED NEAR THE POLICE SUBSTATION.
  
 E) A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
 EACH SET OF SITE PLANS.
  
 F) WORK IS BEING SHOWN ON THE ADJACENT PROPERTY.
 PLEASE COORDINATE THIS WITH THE CITY'S CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 G) PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES
 WHEN MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT (SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE).ADJUST LEVELS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 H) ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS WERE TO BE BUILD AROUND THE
 SCUPPERS ON THE REAR ELEVATION AND EXTEND THE ENTIRE
 HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING.THESE WERE TO PROVIDE
 ARTICULATION IN THE REAR BUILDING FACADE.THESE ARE
 NOT SHOWN ON THE PROPOSED ELEVATIONS.
  
 I) ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTATION
 REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 4060-07 (SEE ATTACHED),
 INCLUDING STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN, EROSION
 CONTROL BOND, LAND STABLIZATION BOND, TEMPORARY
 CONSTRUCTION FENCING, ETC.PLEASE REFER TO THE
 ATTACHED ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTION REGARDING SUCH.
