 DISPERSED AND LOCATED CLOSEST TO THE ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCES.
  
 4.AN EXISTING RAMP IS SHOWN ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING.IS THIS RAMP COMPLIANT FOR ACCESSIBILITY
 FBC11-4.8 OR IS THIS FOR LOADING?
  
 5.SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AT THE REAR OF THE
 BUILDING, NORTH SIDE.THE EXIT DOOR APPEARS TO HAVE A
 LANDING, SEE FBC11-4.1.3(9), SAME NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE
 MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL BE PROVIDED AS REQUIRED FOR
 EXITS.THE GRAPHIC SHOWS LANDSCAPING IN THIS AREA.IS
 THIS A REQUIRED ACCESSIBLE EXIT?THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
 TO GET AWAY FROM THE BUILDING IS NOT CLEARLY IDENTIFIED
 ON THE NORTH, EAST, AND WEST SIDES.IT IS MY
 UNDERSTANDING THAT A PORTION OF THE BUILDING IS NEW
 CONSTRUCTION; WAS TORN DOWN AND REBUILT.

 PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE FEATURES EVEN WHEN THOSE FEATURES
 ARE NOT BEING ALTERED.THIS CODE SECTION AFFECTS OTHER

 WHERE THESE SECTIONS ARE SHOWN ON THE PLAN.REVISE TO
 CLEARLY SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH DETECTABLE WARNING
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 13. C1, C2 SHOW EXISTING HANDICAP RAMPS AT VEHICULAR
 APPROACH (STREET TO PARKING LOT) AREAS.PLEASE PROVIDE
 A DETAIL TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC11-4.29.5; NOTE
 THAT EXITING IS TO THE PUBLIC WAY FBC11, DEFINITIONS.
  
 14. SEE ATTACHED ACCESSIBLE PARKING DETAIL.PLEASE
 REVISE C4 TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THIS DETAIL WHICH IS
 REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE.NOTE THAT THE WHEEL STOP
 DIMENSION, ACCESSIBILITY SYMBOL COLOR AND SIZE DO NOT
 CONFORM TO THE STANDARD ADOPTED.
