 1. PLEASE INCLUDE TWO COPIES OF A SIGNED AND SEALED
 SURVEY NO OLDER THAN 12 MONTHS.
  
 2. PLEASE CONTACT EMERY FABIAN, ENGINEERING SERVICES
 PROJECT COORDINATOR, AT 561-494-1040 REGARDING THE
 LOCATION OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. IT APPEARS THERE
 MAY BE ACCESS ISSUES. PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNOFF FROM HIM
 APPROVING THE FINAL LOCATION OF THE ENCLOSURE. NOTE
 THAT PER SEC. 94-221(D)(10) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 MUST BE CONSISTENT WITH THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE
 BUILDING.
  
 3. A 10 BY 25 FOOT LOADING ZONE IS REQUIRED. THIS CAN
 EASILY BE ACCOMODATED OUTSIDE THE SERVICE ENTRY AT THE
 REAR OF THE BUILDING.
  
 4. THE WINDOW DETAILS PROVIDED ARE NOT SUFFICIENTLY
 LEGIBLE. PLEASE NOTE THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC.
 94-221(D)(6) OF THE ZLDRS AND ENSURE THAT ALL
 REQUIREMENTS ARE SATISFIED.
  
 5. REMOVE PARKING SPACE NO. 7. THE ZLDRS ALLOW A
 MAXIMUM OF 10 PARKING SPACES IN A SINGLE ROW WITHOUT
 AND LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND REQUIRES A MINIMUM 3 FOOT
 BACKOUT NOTCH FOR VEHICLES PARKED AT THE END OF TRAFFIC
 ROWS. THE REMOVAL OF SPACE NO. 7 WILL SATISFY BOTH OF
 THESE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT. PLEASE NOTE THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 94-219(9) WITH RESPECT TO THE
 LANDSCAPING OF PARKING LOTS IN BMUD AS WELL AS ARTICLE
 XIV OF THE ZLDRS FOR GENERAL LANDSCAPING STANDARDS AS
 WELL AS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 7. ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS DIRECTLY ABUTTING VEHICULAR
 CIRCULATION AREAS MUST BE PROTECTED BY MEANS OF WHEEL
 STOPS OR NON-MOUNTABLE D OR F CURBING. THE WHEELSTOP
 LAYOUT AS PROPOSED COMPLIES, BUT IT ISN'T CLEAR IF THE
 REMAINING AREA WILL BE CURBED OR OPEN.
