 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE

 WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT
 SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF 4 FEET ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR.
 PAINT ON DRYWALL IS NOT CONSIDERED AN HARD SURFACE.
 INDICATE HOW THIS SECTION OF THE CODE WILL BE MET ON
 THE DRAWINGS.
  
 3)PROVIDE A FRAMING DETAIL FOR THE DRYWALL CEILING IN
 CONFERENCE ROOM #501. INDICATE THE STUD SPACING, AND
 ALL OTHER MATERIALS. DETAIL A8 ON SHEET A3.2 DOES NOT
 STATE THE TYPE OF MATERIALS WHICH WILL BE USED TO
 CONSTRUCT THE 4 FOOT WALL. THE STUD SPACING SHALL BE
 INDICATED FOR THESE WALLS. A DETAIL FOR THE 60 INCHES
 WALLS SHALL ALSO BE PROVIDED. ADDITIONAL DETAILS,
 INFORMATION AND DIAGRAMS ARE REQUIRED FOR THESE TWO
 WALLS TO SHOW CLARITY PER WPB AMENDMENTS 106.1.2.
  
 4)FBC 11-4.24.5 A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE (30 X 48) SHALL
 BE PROVIDED IN FRONT OF THE BREAK ROOM SINK TO ALLOW
 FORWARD APPROACH. THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON THE
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19
 INCHES UNDERNEATH THE SINK. A FRONT ELEVATION DETAIL OF
 THE CABINETS AND THE SINK CAN BE SUBMITTED SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE.
