 PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 AND 94-445
 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 3)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4' INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4)SHEET A1 LABELS THE PROPOSED ACCESSORY APARTMENT
 AS "APARTMENTS", AS ONLY ONE IS PERMITTED, THE PLAN
 SHALL BE LABELED AS "APARTMENT".
  
 5)INDICATE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS FROM GRADE RATHER THAN
 FINISHED FLOOR.MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE HEIGHT OF ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE SHALL NOT EXCEED 25 FEET FROM GRADE.
  
 NOTE:TOTAL UNDER AIR GROSS SQUARE FOOTAGE OF
 ACCESSORY APARTMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED 1,000 SQUARE FEET
 PER ZBA CASE NO. 3191.
