 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 1C) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW)
 AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 2)2004 FBC EXISTING
 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.
  
 3)AN EXISTING AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED INDICATING THE USE OF EACH ROOM. THE EXISTING
 PLANS SHALL SHOW ALL WALL TO BE DEMOED ALONG WITH ALL
 OTHER SYSTEM CHANGES. THE PROPOSED PLANS SHALL SHOW ALL
 THE NEW WALLS AND SYSTEMS. A WALL LEGEND INDICATING THE
 DIFFERENT TYPES AND SIZE OF EACH WALL SHALL BE ON THE
 DRAWINGS FOR CLARITY. THE TYPE OF MATERIALS TO
 CONSTRUCT THE NEW WALLS SHALL BE SHOWN WITH A DETAIL
 DRAWING. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL
 CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT
 LAWS. FBC 106.1.1.
  
 4)FBC 106.3.5.1.1 THE USE AND OCCUPANCY OF THE
 BUILDING SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS ALONG WITH
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD.
  
 5) FBC 11-4.17.3(NEW CONSTRUCTION) THE STANDARD
 ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM STALL SHALL CONTAIN AN ACCESSIBLE
 LAVATORY WITHIN IT, THE SIZE OF SUCH LAVATORY TO BE NOT
 LESS THAN 19 INCHES WIDE BY 17 INCHES (483 MM BY 432
 MM) DEEP, NOMINAL SIZE, AND WALL MOUNTED. THE LAVATORY
 SHALL BE MOUNTED SO AS NOT TO OVERLAP THE CLEAR FLOOR
 SPACE AREAS REQUIRED BY SECTION 11-4.17 [SEE FIGURE 30
 (A) AND FIGURE 30 (E)] AND TO COMPLY WITH SECTION
 11-4.19 OF THE CODE. SUCH LAVATORIES SHALL BE COUNTED
 AS PART OF THE REQUIRED FIXTURE COUNT FOR THE BUILDING.
  
 THE ACCESSIBLE WATER CLOSET SHALL BE LOCATED IN THE
 CORNER, DIAGONAL TO THE DOOR.
  
 6)FBC 1210.1 THE FLOORS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NONABSORBENT SURFACE THAT EXTENDS UPWARD ONTO THE WALLS
 AT LEAST 6 INCHES.
  
 7)ALL WALLS WITHIN 2 FEET OF URINALS AND WATER
 CLOSETS SHALL A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO
 A HEIGHT OF 4 FEET AND SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT
 ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE. FBC 1210.2
