 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OFCOMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLYCOMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 1C) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW)
 AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 2)THE ORIGINAL BUILDING PERMIT THAT WAS SUBMITTED WAS
 REVIEWED WITH THE HANSON ROOF TILE SYSTEM, SPANISH "S"
 ROOF TILE AND THE O'HAGIN CLOAKED VENT TILE SYSTEM.
 THESE PRODUCT WERE REVIEWED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 AND APPROVED WITH THEIR SHOP DRAWING STAMP AFFIXED. THE
 PRODUCTS THAT ARE BEING SUBMITTED CONSTITUTES A
 REVISION AND WILL REQUIRE REVIEW FROM THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL THAT THESE PRODUCTS AND LIMITATIONS WILL
 WORK WITHIN THE SCOPE OF HIS DESIGN.
 WPB ADMIN CODE 106.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR
 TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 3)PLEASE PROVIDE HOW THE SECTION 1203.2 WILL BE MET,
 50% OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATION IN THE UPPER PORTION OF
 THE SPACE TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3 FEET ABOVE THE
 EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS WITH THE BALANCE OF THE REQUIRED
 VENTILATION PROVIDED BY EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS.
