 1)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE BUILDING'S VALUE,
 LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE
 REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDRS.PLEASE
 SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 2)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM NEWLY PROPOSED
 A/C EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4' INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT BUILDING FACADE).ALSO
 INDICATE IF APPROACH IS TO BE REPLACED OR NOT.
  
 4)INDICATE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS OF PROPOSED ADDITION
 FROM GRADE (ON THE ELEVATION SHEETS).
  
 5)SHEET A.3 SHOWS CHIMNEY BEING CHANGED ON THE EAST
 ELEVATION.IS CHIMNEY TO BE REPLACED?PLEASE CLARIFY.
 IF SO, INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSION FROM PROPERTY LINE TO
 THE CHIMNEY AND/OR INDICATE THE CHIMNEY PETRUSION FROM
 THE HOUSE.ALSO INDICATE HEIGHT OF CHIMNEY FROM
 GRADE.
  
 6)THE SITE PLAN (SHEET A.0) SHOWS AN "EXISTING
 TWO-STORY BUILDING" THAT DOES NOT ACCURATELY REFLECT
 THE CHANGES BEING MADE TO THE WEST WALLS.PLEASE
 CLARIFY.
  
 7)THE PERMIT APPLICATION'S SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES
 RENOVATIONS TO THE REAR APARTMENT, HOWEVER, NO PLANS
 ARE PROVIDED FOR SUCH RENOVATIONS.PLEASE CLARIFY.
