 1) FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS INFORMATION ON
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN
 UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE
 AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT
 IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL (SEE ALSO SECTION
 106.3.5 ). THE PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED DO NOT PROVIDE
 ENOUGH INFORMATION. PROVIDE ELEVATION DRAWINGS SHOWING
 THE HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE, ETC. PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE
 FOUNDATION, FLOOR FRAMING, COLUMNS, BEAMS, AND ROOF
 FRAMING. SPECIFY ROOF SHEATHING, ROOF COVERING, FLOOR
 DECKING, ETC. SPECIFY THE WOOD CONNECTORS, STRAPS,
 HANGERS, HURRICANE TIES, TRUSS ANCHORS THAT WILL BE
 USED TO PROVIDE A CONTINUOUS LOAD PATH FROM THE ROOF TO
 THE FOUNDATION AS REQUIRED BY FBC R301.1 AND R601.2.
 PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE FOOTINGS OR THE ANCHORING OF THE
 WOOD POSTS. (2 COPIES REQUIRED)
  
 2) THE PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE IS REQUIRED TO BE ON THE PLANS. SEE FBC
 106.1.3* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 ROOF COVERING MATERIAL AND HURRICANE CONNECTORS AS
 REQUIRED BY FAC RULE 9B-72.
  
 4)106.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 5) PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE STAIRS SHOWING COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC R311.5.3 FOR RISERS AND TREADS. R311.5.3.1
 RISER HEIGHT.
 THE MAXIMUM RISER HEIGHT SHALL BE 7-3/4 INCHES (196
 MM). THE RISER SHALL BE MEASURED VERTICALLY BETWEEN
 LEADING EDGES OF THE ADJACENT TREADS. THE GREATEST
 RISER HEIGHT WITHIN ANY FLIGHT OF STAIRS SHALL NOT
 EXCEED THE SMALLEST BY MORE THAN 3/8 INCH.R311.5.3.2
 TREAD DEPTH.
 THE MINIMUM TREAD DEPTH, EXCLUSIVE OF NOSING, SHALL BE
 NOT LESS THAN 9 INCHES (229 MM). TREADS AND RISERS OF
 STAIRS SHALL BE PERMITTED TO BE SO PROPORTIONED THAT
 THE SUM OF TWO RISERS AND A TREAD, EXCLUSIVE OF
 PROJECTION OF NOSING, IS NOT LESS THAN 24 INCHES (610
 MM) NOR MORE THAN 25 INCHES (635 MM).
  
 6) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R319.1.1 GROUND CONTACT. ALL
 WOOD IN CONTACT WITH THE GROUND AND THAT SUPPORTS
 PERMANENT STRUCTURES INTENDED FOR HUMAN OCCUPANCY SHALL
 BE APPROVED PRESSURE PRESERVATIVE TREATED WOOD SUITABLE
 FOR GROUND CONTACT USE, EXCEPT UNTREATED WOOD MAY BE
 USED WHERE ENTIRELY BELOW GROUNDWATER LEVEL OR
 CONTINUOUSLY SUBMERGED IN FRESH WATER.
