 EQUIPMENT TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.AS PER
 SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK.
  
  
 NOTE:THE PROPOSED POOL DECK SHALL BE ADEQUATELY
 DRAINED AND SHALL NOT PRODUCE RUNOFF ONTO ADJACENT
