 1. PER THE TREE ALTERATION PERMIT ISSUED ON OCTOBER 23,
 2007, ?AN ADDITIONAL SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE
 PLANTED ON THE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND OF THE PARKING
 ROW ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE RETAIL BUILDING. LIGHT
 POLE SHALL BE RELOCATED SO NOT TO INTERFERE WITH THE
 TREE. THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE REVISED TO
 REFLECT NEW CONDITIONS.?PROVIDE A REVISED LANDSCAPE
 PLAN REFLECTING THIS CONDITION.
  
 2. ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY
 LINE THERE IS A 15 FOOT LANDSCAPE AND SIGN EASEMENT;
 HOWEVER, THE SURVEY ALSO SHOWS A 15 FOOT UTILITY
 EASEMENT.PLEASE PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THE UTILITY
 LINES TO SHOW THAT THERE IS NO CONFLICT BETWEEN THE
 LINES AND THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE.
  
 3. IT APPEARS THAT MORE TREES, TO INCLUDE PALM TREES,
 ARE BEING PROVIDED ON THE SITE THAN WHAT IS SHOWN ON
 THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLANS; HOWEVER, THE LANDSCAPE
 CODE DATA HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED TO REFLECT THE NEW TREE
 QUANTITIES.PLEASE REVISE.NOTE: STAFF IS IN FAVOR OF
 THE PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL TREES.
  
 4. IT APPEARS THAT FOUR (4) OF THE REQUIRED FLOWERING
 TREES ARE BEING SUBSTITUTED WITH PALM TREES.THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE RATIO OF SUBSTITUTION OF
 PALM TREES.PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SECTION 94-442(C) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, PALM TREES
 MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR NOT MORE THAN 35 PERCENT OF THE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREES REQUIRED.PLEASE PROVIDE A
 TABLE TO SHOW THIS.
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SIGNS SHALL BE APPROVED ON A
 SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 6. A NOTARIZED LETTER WAIVING THE WALL REQUIREMENT FROM
 THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNER(S) WEST OF THE SITE HAS
 NOT BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT.THEREFORE, A WALL SHALL BE PROVIDED ALONG
 THE WEST PROPERTY LINE.ALL WALLS/FENCES SHALL BE
 APPROVED ON A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
 7. PLEASE NOTE THAT AN IRRIGATION PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WITH THE IRRIGATION PERMIT.
