 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR
 IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED

 OF 100- YEAR FLOOD; BASE FLOOD ELEVATIONS & FLOOD
 HAZARD FACTORS NOT DETERMINED.FBC BUILDING 3110.1.2 /
 CITY OF WPB CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 94-546.
 STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A" FLOOD ZONE. A FLOOD
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 3) NOTE, THE DESIGNER HAS CREATED THE BUILDING TYPE AS
 A BUILDING TYPE III-B, THE MINIMUM BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION IS A TYPE V-B. SINCE THE DESIGNER HAS
 DESIGNED THIS BUILDING TO THE MORE CRITICAL III-B, THE
 BUILDING REVIEW WILL
 TAKE PLACE AS A TYPE III-B BUILDING.

 TYPE III CONSTRUCTION IS THAT TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION IN
 WHICH THE EXTERIOR WALLS ARE OF NONCOMBUSTIBLE
 MATERIALS AND THE INTERIOR BUILDING ELEMENTS ARE OF ANY
 MATERIAL PERMITTED BY THIS CODE. FIRE-RETARDANT-TREATED
 WOOD FRAMING COMPLYING WITH SECTION 2303.2 SHALL BE
 PERMITTED WITHIN EXTERIOR WALL ASSEMBLIES OF A 2-HOUR
 RATING OR LESS.
 THE BUILDING DOES HAVE A STEEL FRAMEWORK CREATING
 PORTIONS OF THE WALLS AS NON-BEARING BUT THERE ARE TWO
 OTHER ELEMENTS TO CONSIDER:

 SUBMITTED, TWO SIGNED AND SEALED REPORTS WILL BE
 REQUIRED.1802.2.1 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE
 SAFE-SUSTAINING POWER OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE
 A LOAD-BEARING VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS
 CODE IS CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE
 THAT THE NECESSARY INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH

 6) PLEASE HAVE THE SOILS ENGINEER REVIEW THE STRUCTURAL
 FOUNDATION SYSTEM. THE SOILS ENGINEER INDICATES THE USE
 OF A DEEP FOUNDATION SYSTEM, THE REPORT INDICATES USE
 OF A CONCRETE PILE SYSTEM WITH TEST PILING. NO WHERE IN
 THE SOILS REPORT DOES THE SOILS ENGINEEER INDICATE USE
 OF A SHALLOW FOUNDATION SYSTEM, REUSE OF EXISTING PILE
 OR THE USE OFHECICAL SCREW PILING. PLEASE SUBMIT
 INFORMATION ON THE HELICAL STEEL PILING. 1808.2.3
