 THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE WITH SETBACK
 DIMENSIONS FROM ALL PROPERTY LINES. NOTE: PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-304(B)(2) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS:
 SETBACKS.
 FRONT: 25 FEET.
 SIDE: FIVE FEET FROM THE LOT LINES.
 CORNER: SAME AS REQUIRED FOR PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE. REAR:
 FIVE FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 ALLEY TO A GARAGE DOOR FACING THE ALLEY, WHICHEVER IS
 GREATER.
  
 2)INDICATE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS ON ELEVATIONS FROM
 GRADE TO THE MIDPOINT OF THE ROOF'S PITCH.NOTE:
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(4) OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: HEIGHT.ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURES SHALL NOT EXCEED 25 FEET.
  
 3)SHOW ANY PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT AND INDICATE
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE
 ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN
 4' INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4)ACCESSORY STRUCTURE EXCEEDS MAXIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE
 ALLOWABLE.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(1) OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS: MAXIMUM
 SQUARE FOOTAGE.THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA OF ALL ROOFED
 ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A PROPERTY (INCLUDING ANY OTHER
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES THAT MAY EXIST) SHALL NOT EXCEED
 75 PERCENT OF THE GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE PRIMARY
 STRUCTURE WITH A MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA OF 1,000 SQUARE
 FEET.
