 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE WHEN CHANGING THE USE OF THE
 BUILDING.BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID
 RECEIPT IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 13-101.3 FBC 2004.
 ***NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE UPDATED REVISED FORM IS USED
 TO AVOID UNNECESSARY DELAYS.
  
 4- QUALITY OF PLANS NEED TO COMPLY WITH SEC. 106.1.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.DRAWINGS NEED TO BE
 CLEAR, DRAWN TO SCALE AND DESIGNER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DRAWINGS NEED TO PROVIDENAME AND SIGN THE DRAWINGS AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 5- PROVIDE COMPLETE DESIGN INFORMATION ON DRAWINGS.
 SPECIFY ALL DESIGN PRESSURES FOR NEW DOORS OPENINGS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS/ SPECIFICATION SHOWING HOW
 GARAGE DOOR OPENINGS WILL BE CLOSED TO ALLOW FOR NEW
 USE. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004 REGARDING
 WIND LOADS OF SEC. R301 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAIL AND STRUCTURAL BUCK
 DETAIL FOR 2X BUCK AS REQUIRED BY PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SUBMITTED.NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE SUPPORT TO DOOR
 FRAMING TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R613.1.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 8- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR STORM SHUTTERS. ALSO, CLEARLYMARK/CIRCLE
 ON SHUTTERS DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS. EG:
 WALL MOUNTED AND SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE
 USED. SEC. 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004 TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH PRODUCT APPROVAL PROPOSED
 INSTALLATION.
  
 9- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 10- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW.UPGRADE TOTAL VALUATION OR IT WILL BEUPGRADED
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
