 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR
 IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED
 AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 REVISIONS.

 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE. **THIS APPEARS
 TO BE A LEVEL 2 ALTERATION.**
  
 3)TWO COMPLETE SETS OF DRAWINGS SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 WITH A MINIMUM, DEMO FLOOR PLAN, INDICATING ALL DEMO
 WALLS AND OTHER SYSTEMS. NEW FLOOR PLAN, THIS SHALL
 SHOW THE LAYOUT OF THE NEW CREATED SPACE. CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE
 THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED
 AND SHOW DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND DRAWN UPON SUITABLE MATERIAL. SUBMIT A
 WALL DETAIL STATING THE SPACING OF THE STUDS, WOOD OR
 METAL, THE TOP AND BOTTOM CONNECTION, WILL THE WALL BE
 ATTACHED TO THE DECK ABOVE OR THE CEILING GRID. IS THE
 WALL 4 INCHES OR 6 INCHES WIDE?FBC 106.1.1.
  
 4)BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH
 SCALE UPON SUITABLE PAPER. THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY
 ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENTAL POLICY STANDARDS FOR
 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, IN ORDER TO PROVIDE
 CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM. NO WHITE
 OUT, PENCIL OR INK CHANGES NO THE PLANS. 106.1.3
  
 5)THE PLANS SUBMITTED SHALL INDICATE CLEARLY THE
 PERSON WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLANS. IF THE DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL IS AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER, THEN HE OR
 SHE SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND
