 TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), SECTION 94-103:
 STREETWALLS AND FENCES AT STREET FRONTS AND SIDE
 PROPERTY LINES FACING STREETS SHALL BE 36 TO 48 INCHES
 IN HEIGHT. GARDEN WALLS AND FENCES NOT FACING STREETS
 MAY BE UP TO 72 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
  
 4)MUST MEET VISIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN
 SECTION 94-305(E) OF THE ZLDRS (SEE ATTACHMENT WITH
 PERMIT APPLICATION).
