 FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
 ARTICLES REFERENCED ARE 2005 NEC UNLESS OTHERWISE
 NOTED.
  
 1} REFERENCING THE RISER DIAGRAM FOR THE HOUSE SUBPANEL
 ON SHEET E3, THE FEEDER TO THAT PANEL MUST HAVE AN
 EQUIPMENT GROUND (#8 MINIMUM) PER 250.122.
  
 2} THE HOUSE SUBPANEL CANNOT BE LOCATED IN THE BATHROOM
 AS INDICATED ON SHEET E1, 1ST FLOOR ELECTRICAL PLAN.
 SEE ARTICLE 240.24(E).
  
 3} SHEET E2, THE RISER FOR THE CABANA INDICATES THAT
 SERVICE IS EXISTING, THE CABANA PANELBOARD INDICATES
 ?NEW?. CLARIFY IF NEW OR EXISTING, INDICATE THE
 GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR SIZE PER 250.66, MINIMUM
 #6.
  
 4} THE 1? CONDUIT CONTAINING 3#1/0 CONDUCTORS FOR THE
 CABANA PANEL FEED IS IN VIOLATION OF THE CONDUIT FILL
 REQUIREMENTS. SEE ANNEX ?C? OR CALCULATE FROM TABLE
 #8.
  
 5} THE CABANA PANEL LOCATION APPEARS NOT TO HAVE THE 3?
 CLEARANCE REQUIRED PER 110.26. PLEASE VERIFY.
  
 6} THE LOAD CALCULATIONS ARE NOT PER 220.82 OR 220.83
 AS THEY SHOULD BE FOR AN EXISTING RESIDENCE. THERE ARE
 LOADS ON THE PANEL SCHEDULES NOT PART OF THE
 CALCULATIONS IG; WARMER, WATER HEATER, RANGE IN PANEL
 ?H?.ALSO THERE ARE LOADS FROM THE CABANA SERVICE
 LISTED IN THE HOUSE SERVICE CALCULATIONS. THESE
 SERVICES MUST BE CALCULATED AND LISTED SEPARATELY AS
 THEY ARE FROM SEPARATE SERVICES NOT SEPARATE PANELS ON
 THE SAME SERVICE.
  
 7} REGARDING THE CABANA FLOOR PLAN SHEET E1, LOCATE THE
 WASHER AND DRYER LISTED ON THE PANEL SCHEDULE.
  
 8} THE BATHROOM IN THE CABANA IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A
 CIRCUIT FOR THE RECEPTACLE SEPARATE PER 210 52(D). IT
 IS ON WITH OTHER RECEPTACLES OUTSIDE OF THAT ROOM.
  
 9} THE LOFT BATHROOM MUST COMPLY WITH 210.52(D)
 RECEPTACLE REQUIREMENT.
  
 10} THE LAUNDRY OFF THE MASTER BEDROOM MUST COMPLY WITH
 210.11(C)(2), LAUNDRY BRANCH CIRCUIT. PANEL MUST BE
 LABELED INDICATING SAME PER 408.4.
  
 11} ALL BEDROOM OUTLETS MUST COMPLY WITH 210.12 ARC
 FAULT PROTECTED. INDICATE IN THE PANELS.
  
 12} R313.1.1 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHEN INTERIOR ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS
 REQUIRING A PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE SLEEPING
 ROOMS ARE ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE
 INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH SMOKE
 ALARMS LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS; THE SMOKE
 ALARMS SHALL BE INTERCONNECTED AND HARD WIRED. INDICATE
 LOCATIONS OF REQUIRED ALARMS ON THE PLANS AND NOTE THE
 REQUIREMENT FOR INTERCONNECTING.
