 1- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
  
 2- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO
 VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS
 AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3-A) NEW ADDITION NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R302.1
 AND R302.2 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE REGARDING
 WALL FIRE RATING, ROOF PROJECTIONS AND NO OPENINGS
 ALLOWED ON EAST WALL.
  
 B) SAME COMMENT APPLIES TO GARAGE RENOVATION AND
 ALTERATION ON WEST WALL.
  
 4- PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR GARAGE SWING DOOR LEADING
 TO THE WORKROOM AREA FOR COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R309.1 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 5- PROVIDE DETAILS/SPECS FOR SPIRAL STAIRS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITHSEC. R311.5.8.1 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 6- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO SPECIFY ROOF TILE FASTENING AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.1.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC
 2004.
  
 NOTE: ATTACHMENT METHOD MUST MEET THE DESIGNER'S
 CALCULATED UPLIFT MOMENT. SEE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
  
 7- PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS/SPECS FOR ORNAMENTAL
 GUARDRAIL TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE R301.5 AND
 SEC. R312.2 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 8- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ROOF TILE.
  
 B) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IFSPECIFIED BY THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD ON ITEM 6 ABOVE. SEE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR SPECIFICADHESIVE TO BE USED.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF. AND, CLEARLY SPECIFY WHICH APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED.IF MORE THAN ONE
 FASTENING OPTION IS LISTED IN THE SELECTED APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY, THEN SPECIFY SELECTED FASTENING OPTION. ALSO,
 PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT THE
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. SEE GENERAL LIMITATION #7
 ON PRODUCT APPROVAL.IF CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE DONE
 AND SEALED BY ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER, THEN PROVIDE SUCH
 CALCULATIONS.
  
 D) ARCHED DOORSAS SHOWN ON EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS.
  
 9- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING)ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
  
 10- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR RAISED WOOD
 FLOOR IN GARAGE AREA AND RAISED WOOD FLOOR IN NEW
 ADDITION AREA TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS R319
 (PROTECTION AGAINST DECAY),AND SEC. R408.1 THRU
 R408.3 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE (UNDER-FLOOR
 SPACE VENTILATION AND ACCESS).
  
 11- ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) PROVIDE SEPARATE ENERGY CALCULATIONS FOR GARAGE
 AND FOR NEW ADDITION AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 13-101.2.5.1
 FBC 2004.
 NOTE: MAKE SURE CORRESPONDING A/C AREA IS USED FOR EACH
 BUILDING.
  
 B) NEED TO USE REVISED FORM 600A-200R.
  
 C) COMPLETE ALL INFORMATION ON TOP OF FORM.
  
 D) MAKE SURE CORRECT OVERHANG HEIGHT AND LENGTH IS
 USED. SEE ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 E) MAKE SURE CORRECT R-VALUES AE SHOWN FOR EXTERIOR
 WALLS. SEE SEC. 13-602.1.ABC.1 OF FBC 2004.
  
 12- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT.TWO COPIES. SEC. R401.4
 OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE SOIL TEST REPORT HAS ENGINEER'S
 ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE AND ENGINEERING FIRM
 CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS PROVIDED AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G15-23.002 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE TO AVOID DELAYS.
  
 13- SHEET A3.2: WALL SECTIONS CALLS FOR NEW 3/4" STUCCO
 ON PLAYWOOD ON METAL STUD FRAMED WALLS, WHILE
 STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS CALL FOR WOOD FRAMING. REVISE AS
