 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1)THE VALUE OF THE WORK ON THE APPLICATION MAY BE TOO
 LOW. ADDITIONAL WORK MAY BE REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE CODE
 COMPLIANCE FOR THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY.
  
 2) IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,
 BEFORE A BUILDING PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
  
 3) THE PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY
 THE ENGINEER WHOSE NAME APPEARS IN THE IN THE TITLE
 BLOCK. FS 471 AND FAC 61G15-23.002
  
 4) THE PLANS DO NOT ADEQUATELY INDICATE THE EXISTING
 CONDITIONS, ACCORDING TO THE PRE-INSPECTION REPORT THAT
 WAS SUBMITTED BY DOUG ROBERTSON. 1) THE ENTRY DOOR IS A
 SINGLE DOOR. (2) BREAK ROOM DOESN'T HAVE SINK OR RANGE.
 (3) STAIRS ARE 32" WIDE. (4)ON THE SECOND FLOOR THERE
 IS NO WALL BETWEEN THE STUDY AND THE BEDROOM. PLEASE
 SUBMIT PLANS THAT ACCURATELY INDICATE THE THE
 CONDITIONS. FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5) THE BUILDING PLAN REVIEW WAS DONE BASED ON THE PLANS
 THAT WERE SUBMITTED.
  
 6) SPECIFY THE APPLICABLE CODES AND EDITIONS UNDER
 WHICH THE WORK WILL BE PREFORMED. SPECIFY THE
 CONSTRUCTION TYPE, OCCUPANCY TYPE AND IF THE STRUCTURE
 IS SPRINKLERED OR NOT ON THE PLANS. FBC 106.3.5.1.1*
 CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 7) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC EXISTING BUILDING 812.4
 WHICH REQUIRES THE FIRE AND LIFE SAFETY PROVISIONS OF
 THE CODE TO BE MET. SUBMIT A LIFE SAFETY PLAN. SPECIFY
 THE EXIT SIGNS (FBC 1006.3), TRAVEL DISTANCES(FBC
 1013.3)AND MEANS OF EGRESS ILLUMINATION (FBC 1006).
 ALSO SEE FBC EXISTING BUILDING 705.
  
 8) SPECIFY THE OCCUPANT LOAD ON THE PLANS. FBC1004.1
 AND 1004.9. SPECIFY THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED EXITS. SEE
 FBC 1018.2.
  
 9) FBC EXISTING BUILDING CODE 812.4.1.3 REQUIRES THE
 EGRESS CAPACITY TO MEET OR EXCEED THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF
 THE FBC. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 1008.1.1 FOR DOOR
 SIZES. ALSO SEE ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR DOORS
 FBC 11-4.1.3(7), 11-4.3.9 AND 11-4.13.
  
 10) FBC EXISTING BUILDING 812.5 REQUIRES THE NEW
 OCCUPANCY TO COMPLY WITH FBC CHAPTER 11 FOR
 ACCESSIBILITY. ALSO SEE 11-4.1.6 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC 1007 FOR ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS.
  
 11) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH 11-4.1.3(8)AND (9) FOR
 ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES.
  
 12) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 11-4.3 FOR ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE. PROVIDE SITE PLAN WITH DIMENSIONS OF WALKS, CURB
 RAMPS, RAMPS, LANDINGS, ETC. SPECIFIED. PROVIDE
 ELEVATIONS WITH DIMENSIONS INDICATING THE HEIGHTS ABOVE
 GRADE.
  
 13) THE DOOR TO THE ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM DOES NOT COMPLY
 WITH FBC 11-4.13.6 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS
 WHICH REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 18" ON THE PULL SIDE OF THE
 DOOR.
  
 14) TABLE 403.1 OF THE FBC PLUMBING REQUIRES A DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC 11-4.1.3 (10) FOR
 ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAINS.
  
 NOTE: ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY RESULT FROM THE RESPONSES
