 SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(2) OF THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS:OVERHANGS SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 3'
 INTO ANY REQUIRED SETBACK.INDICATE ALL OVERHANG
 DIMENSIONS FROM WALL TO OUTERMOST POINT OF ROOF.
  
 3)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE CITY OF
