 1. PLEASE PROVIDE LEGIBLE DOCUMENTS. THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE ALUMINUM STORM PANELS ARE DIFFICULT TO
 READ ON THE INTERNET, AND THE COPY PROVIDED IS A COPY
 OF A FAX, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO READ. PLEASE PRINT
 TWO COPIES FROM THE WEBSITE, WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG.
 BE SURE TO CHANGE THE CODE VERSION TO 2004 ON THE
 WEBSITE (DEFAULT IS 2007).
  
 2. PLEASE SPECIFY DESIGN PRESSURES ON THE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE.
  
 3. THE SHUTTER CONNECTION MOUNTING TYPE AND THE
 SPECIFIC ANCHOR TYPE SHOULD CORRELATE WITH THE ANCHOR
 CHARTS ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL; FOR INSTANCE, SEE PAGE
 6. PLEASE REVISE THE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 4. TO CLARIFY, THE ENTRY DOOR HAS FIXED GLASS ABOVE.
 WILL THIS ALSO BE IMPACT? THIS OPENING DOES NOT SEEM TO
 APPEAR ON THE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE, BUT IS NOT NOTED
 ON THE REVISED SHEET A1. PLEASE PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN
 WITH NUMBERS TO CORRELATE WITH THE INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE SO THAT SCOPE IS CLEAR, FBC*106, FBC16. **THE
 PLAN DOES ***NOT*** NEED TO BE REVISED!!!!** IN THE
 INTEREST OF TIME, PLEASE PROVIDE THE INFORMATION WITH
 THE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. PROVIDE A LOCATION PLAN
 WHICH SHOWS THE PROPOSED SHUTTER LOCATION AND THIS
 WINDOW CAN BE NOTED AS EITHER IMPACT OR BE INCLUDED ON
 THE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.

 6. WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE TWO COMPLETE SETS
 OF PERMIT DOCUMENTS. THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 IMPACT DOORS ARE NOT REQUIRED AS THEY ARE ALREADY
 STAMPED AND ON FILE. HOWEVER, ONLY ONE SET OF THE STORM
 PANEL PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED. PLEASE PROVIDE
 TWO LEGIBLE SETS.
  
 7. THE PRESTORM PREPARATION PLAN STATES THAT THE PANELS
 WILL BE STORED IN A CLOSET IN THE TENANT BUILDOUT, BUT
 NO CLOSET IS SHOWN ON THE TENANT BUILDOUT PLAN. IT ALSO
 STATED THAT THE SHUTTERS WILL BE INSTALLED VERTICALLY;
 PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF HOW THE SHUTTERS WILL BE
 SECURED. ALSO, PLEASE STATE HOW THE SHUTTES WILL BE
 SECURED FROM THEFT. THIS INFORMATION CAN BE SUBMITTED
 VIA EMAIL. AS THE PRESTORM PREPARATION PLAN IS
 CURRENTLY IN REVIEW BY ROBERT BROWN, PLEASE SUBMIT THIS
 INFORMATION (STORAGE LOCATION, SECUREMENT FROM THEFT)
 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT THE SUPPORTING INFORMATION
 CAN BE FORWARDED TO MR. BROWN PRIOR TO HIS REVIEW.
  
 8. USE OF REMOVABLE SHUTTERS ON COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
 MUST BE APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE PLAN
 SUBMITTED IS PENDING REVIEW BY ROBERT BROWN. HOWEVER,
 IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THE PLAN SUBMITTED COULD BE
 REVISED TO INCLUDE THE INFORMATION IN ITEM 7 SO THAT HE
 HAS COMPLETE INFORMATION UPON WHICH TO MAKE HIS
 DECISION. THE DETAIL OF HOW THE SHUTTERS WILL BE
 SECURED CAN BE A PROVISO ITEM. PLEASE EMAIL THE REVISED
 PLAN TO [email protected]. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU NEED
