 1) PLANS DO NOT MATCH THOSE APPROVED AT TIME OF FORMAL
 SITE PLAN REVIEW.MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE BAYWINDS
 RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE APPROVED PRIOR
 TO ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.(THIS IS IN
 PROCESS)
  
 2) LANDSCAPE PLANS (SIGNED AND SEALED BY A REGISTERED
 LANDSAPE ARCHITECT) SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3) PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THE SITE PLAN IS FOR "REFERENCE
 ONLY."I BELIEVE THERE ARE SITE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WILL
 NEED TO BE INSTALLED AS PART OF THIS PERMIT (I.E.
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE, RECONFIGURATION OF THE PARKING IN
 THE FRONT, ETC.).
  
 4) AS THE BUILDING HAS BEEN EXPANDED CLOSER TO THE
 WESTERN ACCESS DRIVE, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROPOSED
 OVERHANGS OVER THE WINDOWS EXTEND INTO THE DRIVE AISLE.
 THE DRIVE AISLE IS TO BE 24 FEET IN CLEAR WIDTH...WITH
 NO OBSTRUCTIONS.
  
 5) THE PROPOSED LOADING ZONE DOES NOT CONFORM TO THE
 MINIMUM DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS.SECTION 94-485(P)
 REQUIRES THAT A 10 FOOT X 25 FOOT LOADING ZONE BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 6) BIKE RACK SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 7) DETAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 AS WELL HAS THE PARKING STRIPING DETAIL (SEE
 ATTACHED).
  
 8) TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT, ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
