 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442 OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 2)SURVEY SHOWS THE PROPOSED ADDITION CONNECTING TO
 AN EXISTING FRAME UTILITY BUILDING.PLEASE CLARIFY. IF
 UTILITY STRUCTURE DOES EXIST, THIS WILL NOT BE
 PERMITTED AS THE REAR BUILDING DOES NOT MEET THE
 REQUIRED SETBACKS SET FORTH IN SECTION 94-72(A)(2) OF
 THE ZLDRS.
  
 3)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED ADDITION
 TO ALL PROPERTY LINES SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-72(A)(2) OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 4)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO THE PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4' INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
