 AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE.
  
 3)THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION FOR BROWER
 ARCHITECTURE ASSOCIATES INC SHALL BE INDICATED ON EACH
 SHEET PER F.S 481.219 AND F.A.C. 61G1-16.004. THE TITLE
 BLOCK FOR ANY SHEET BEARING THE NAME OF AN ARCHITECT
 PRACTICING UNDER A FICTITIOUS NAME, A CORPORATION, OR A
 PARTNERSHIP, OFFERING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES, SHALL
 INCLUDE A VALID CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
  
 4)AN EXISTING AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED SHOWING THE CHANGES TO EACH WALL AND ROOM. A
 WALL LEGEND SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING EACH NEW WALL,
 EXISTING WALL TO BE DEMOED AND REMAINING WALLS. THE
 FLOOR PLAN SHALL CONSIST OF THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE FOR
 THE EXISTING AND THE PROPOSED. A DETAIL OF EACH WALL
 WITH ALL MATERIALS, STUD SPACING AND UL NUMBER IS
 REQUIRED.THE PLANS SHALL INDICATE THE TYPE OF
 CONSTRUCTION AS DEFINED IN CHAPTER 6, TABLE 601/ THE
 USE AND OCCUPANCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
 CHAPTER 3 AND THE OCCUPANT LOAD SEE 1004. THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION DUE TO THE

 5)A LIFE SAFETY PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING THE
 MEANS OF EGRESS WHICH SHALL INCLUDE EXIT, EXIT ACCESS
 AND EXIT DISCHARGE.
  
 6)TABLE 803.5 MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION;
 PROVIDE INFORMATION BASED ON INTERIOR FINISH
 REQUIREMENTS BASED ON OCCUPANCY. PROVIDE A FINISH
 SCHEDULE INDICATING THE FINISH IN EACH ROOM.
  
 7)SINKS:11-4.24.2 SINKS, HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE
 MOUNTED WITH THE COUNTER NO HIGHER THAN 34" ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR. 11-4.24.3 KNEE CLEARANCE THAT IS AT LEAST
 27" HIGH 30" WIDE, AND 19" DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED
 UNDERNEATH SINKS. 11-4.24.5 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE AT LEAST 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES (760 MM BY
 1219 MM) COMPLYING WITH SECTION 11-4.2.4 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN FRONT OF A SINK TO ALLOW FORWARD APPROACH.
 THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE
 AND SHALL EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19 INCHES (485 MM)
 UNDERNEATH THE SINK. PROVIDE ELEVATION DRAWINGS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE.
  
 8)ON THE DRAWINGS SHOW CLEARLY THESE REQUIREMENTS FOR
 THE RAMP. 11-4.8.4. (2) LANDINGS. ALL LANDINGS ON RAMPS
 SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 60" CLEAR, & THE BOTTOM OF EACH
 RAMP SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF STRAIGHT & LEVEL
 CLEARANCE. 11-4.8.4(3) IF RAMPS CHANGE DIRECTION AT
 LANDINGS, THE MINIMUM LANDING SIZE SHALL BE 60" X 60".
 11.4.8.5. HANDRAILS: IF A RAMP HAS A RISE GREATER THAN
 6" OR A HORIZONTAL PROJECTION GREATER THAN 72", THEN IT
 SHALL HAVE HANDRAILS ON BOTH SIDES.
  
 9)AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE WITHIN THE BOUNDARY
 OF THE SITE SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM PUBLIC
 TRANSPORTATION STOPS, ACCESSIBLE PARKING, AND
 ACCESSIBLE PASSENGER LOADING ZONES, AND PUBLIC STREETS
 OR SIDEWALKS TO THE ACCESSIBLE BUILDING ENTRANCE THEY
 SERVE. THE ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL, TO THE MAXIMUM
 EXTENT FEASIBLE, COINCIDE WITH THE ROUTE FOR THE
 GENERAL PUBLIC. FBC.11-4.3.2.
  
 10)THE DRAWINGS SHALL SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE PARKING FOR
 THE BUILDING, WHICH SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE SHORTEST
 SAFELY ACCESSIBLE ROUTE OF TRAVEL FROM THE PARKING LOT
 TO THE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING. 11-4.6.2.
  
 11)THE DRAWINGS MAKE REFERENCES TO DETAILS WHICH ARE
 NOT SUBMITTED E.G. A2.03 / A2.02. THE DRAWINGS ALSO
 MAKE REFERENCE TO NEW SITE WALL; HOWEVER, THERE IS NO
 INFORMATION OR DETAILS OF THE NEW WALL ON THE PLANS.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES,
 RULES AND REGULATIONS. FBC 106.1.1.
  
 12)BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY
 OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT APPLICATION.

 13)FBC 1210.2 WALLS WITHIN 2 FEET OF URINALS AND
 WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT
 SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF 4 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR.
  
 14)ALL DOORS TO ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOMS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SECTION 11-4.13. DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE REQUIRED FOR ANY FIXTURE. FBC
 11-4.22.2.
  
 15)THERE IS NO RECORD FOR THE INTERIOR MODIFICATION
 OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE; THEREFORE PLANS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED FOR THE REMODEL WORK. A FAIR MARKET VALUE
 SHALL BE INDICATED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
