 01.STRUCTURES UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR
 DEMOLITION OPERATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 241.
  
 02.THE SCOPE OF WORK SHALL NOT HINDER OR INTERFERE
 WITH EMERGENCY RESPONSE TO THE PROPERTY OR VICINITY
 THEREOF (INCLUDING STREETS, ALLEYS, FIRE LANES).
  
 03.COMBUSTIBLE WASTE MATERIALS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM
 THE SITE AT THE END OF EACH SHIFT OR MORE FREQUENTLY AS
 NECESSARY FOR SAFE OPERATION.
  
 04.NFPA 101, LIFE SAFETY CODE, 2003 EDITION SHALL BE
 REFERENCED.
  
 05.DUE TO THE CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY, THE DIMENSION OF
 THE ADDRESS NUMBER SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 6" IN HEIGHT
 AND NO LESS THAN 1" IN WIDTH.PLEASE SHOW THE ADDRESS
 NUMBERS ON THE APPROPIATE EXTERIOR ELEVATION WHICH
 FRONTS WESTMINISTER PLACE.
  
 06.PROVIDE THE OCCUPANT LOAD (NUMBER OF PERSONS FOR
 WHOM MEANS OF EGRESS AND OTHER PROVISIONS ARE REQUIRED)
 BASED UPON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE USE OF THE SPACE
 OR AS DETERMINED AS THE MAXIMUM PROBABLE POPULATION OF
 THE SPACE UNDER CONSIDERATION, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 07. PLEASE SHOW EXISTING LAYOUT OF THE STRUCTURE AS TO
 BE COMPARED TO THE PROPOSED LAYOUT DETAILING THE SCOPE
 OF WORK (CONVERSION FROM A RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY TO A
 NEW BUSINESS OCCUPANCY).
  
 08.SPECIFY INTERIOR WALL AND CEILING FINISH MATERIALS
 IN TERMS OF CLASS A, CLASS B, OR CLASS C.SPECIFY
 INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH IN TERMS OF CLASS I OR CLASS II.
  
 09.PROVIDE LIFE SAFETY PLAN CRITERIA SHOWING TRAVEL
 DISTANCE TO REACH EXIT(S).THE LOCATION OF EXIT LIGHTS
 AND EMERGENCY LIGHTS MAY ALSO BE SHOWN.
  
 10.SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE 2A:10BC RATED FIRE
 EXTINGUISHER(S) WHICH SATISFY THE 75 FEET TRAVEL
 DISTANCE.
  
  
 TO EXPEDITE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS, INCLUDE A RESPONSE
