 EGRESS WINDOWS.CLARIFY WHICH ONE IS THE EGRESS
 WINDOW.
  
 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS/DETAILS FOR
 FIREBLOCKING IN THE WALL SECTIONS.FIREBLOCKING IS NOT
 ONLY REQUIRED BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR, BUT
 BETWEEN TOP WALL AND CEILING AS WELL. SEC. R602..1.2 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.PROVIDE INFORMATION AS
 REQUIRED. (REPEAT COMMENT. COMMENT PARTIALLY
 ADDRESSED).
  
 3-SPECIFY CEILING FAN SIZES IN ALL ROOMS AS REQUIRED
 BY TABLE 13-607.1.A.1 FBC 2004 SINCE ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS ARE TAKEN THE CEILING FANS CREDIT. (REPEAT
 COMMENT).
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE
 9B-72 FOR:
 A) OPERABLEWINDOWS FOR DOUBLE AND SINGLE CASEMENT
 WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.PRODUCT APPROVALNOA
 07-0524.06 SUBMITTED DOESN'T COVER THESE WINDOWS.
 B) EXTERIORSWING DOOR AT MUD ROOM AS SHOWN ON
 EXTERIOR SOUTH ELEVATION. ONLY PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR
 FRENCH DOORS WAS SUBMITTED.
 C) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS. PROVIDE 2
 COPIES ONLY ONE WAS SUBMITTED.
  
 5- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.THERE ARE SOME PRODUCT
 APPROVALS WHICH ONLYONE COPY WAS SIGNED OFF AS
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED.PLEASE RESUBMIT COMPLETE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS PACKAGE.ALSO,WRITE THE NAME OF

 SPECIFIED R-VALUE OF R-30. ALSO, ARCHITECT TO
 COORDINATE WITH ENERGY CALCULATIONS PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL.
  
 7-SHEET 7:REVISE EMBEDMENT SPECIFIED FOR 5" ANCHOR
 BOLTS THRU 3X8 LEDGER.IT CAN'T BE 3 1/2" EMBEDMENT.

 CONCRETE BLOCK.(REPEAT COMMENT).ENGINEER CAN'T
 LOWER THE MINIMUMCOMPRESSIVE STRESS REQUIRED BY THE
 CODE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 10- NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WAS NOT SUBMITTED THIS TIME.
 THIS LEGAL DOCUMENT NEEDS TO BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER.
 OTHERWISE, PROVIDE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION AND FLORIDA
 STATUTE SECTIONTHAT ALLOWS THE CONTRACTOR TO SIGN IT
