 THIS REVIEW WAS DONE UNDER THESE CURRENT CODE CYCLES:
  
 THE 2004 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, 2006 REVISIONS, 2004
 RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE, 2005 NEC, NFPA-72 2002,
 NFPA-101 2003, 2004 FBC AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 1, AND
 FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH THE FOLLOWING:
 ALL COMMENTS RELATE TO SHEET 11, UNLESS OTHERWISE
 NOTED. ALL CODE ARTICLES REFERENCED ARE 2005 NEC UNLESS
 OTHERWISE NOTED.
  
 1} 230.2 ALLOWS ONLY ONE SERVICE TO A BUILDING.
 INDICATE WHICH EXCEPTION, IF ANY, ALLOWS TWO SERVICES
 TO THIS RESIDENCE.
  
 2} THERE IS NO GROUNDING ELECTRODE CONDUCTOR SHOWN FOR
 THE SECOND SERVICE IF ALLOWED. 250.66.
  
 3} IF ALLOWED, THE SECOND DISCONNECTING MEANS MUST
 COMPLY WITH 110.9 AND 110.10: OBTAIN THE AVAILABLE
 FAULT CURRENT AT THE UTILITY AND CALCULATE THE SAME AT
 THE EQUIPMENT. INDICATE THE AIC RATING FOR THE
 EQUIPMENT IS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN THE AVAILABLE
 FAULT.
  
 4} KITCHEN RECEPTACLE SPACING MUST COMPLY WITH
 210.52(A), 210.52(C), AND 210.8(A)(6) GFI. THE
 COUNTERTOP SPACING DOES NOT COMPLY.
  
 5} SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE A/C EQUIPMENT ON THE PLAN.
 ALSO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRED DISCONNECT PER
 440.14, RECEPTACLE PER 210.63.
  
 6} SHEET #12. THE RECEPTACLE SPACING IN THE GUEST BATH
 MUST MEET 210.52(D). ONE NEEDS TO BE ADDED OR
 RELOCATED.
  
 7} THERE IS A NOTE REGARDING A PUMP RECEPTACLE. IF FOR
 A WHIRLPOOL OR JACUZZI, THERE IS NONE LISTED ON THE
 SCHEDULES. ALSO SEE 210.23(A)(2) FOR LOADING ON THE
 BATH CIRCUIT.
  
 8} R313.1.1 ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS AND ADDITIONS.
 WHEN INTERIOR ALTERATIONS, REPAIRS OR ADDITIONS
 REQUIRING A PERMIT OCCUR, OR WHEN ONE OR MORE SLEEPING
 ROOMS ARE ADDED OR CREATED IN EXISTING DWELLINGS, THE
 INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH SMOKE
 ALARMS LOCATED AS REQUIRED FOR NEW DWELLINGS; THE SMOKE
 ALARMS SHALL BE INTERCONNECTED AND HARD WIRED. THERE IS
 NONE SHOWN ON THE FIRST FLOOR AT THE STAIR. THIS
 APPLIES TO THE ALARMS IN THE ENTIRE RESIDENCE AS IT IS
 A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING. A NOTE ALONG THOSE LINES,
 ALTHOUGH NOT AN ISSUE WITH THE NEC, ZONING MAY NOT
 ALLOW A SECOND KITCHEN IN A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE.
  
 9} FOR RECORD RETENTION PER 106.5 FBC, AND CLARITY IN
 THE FIELD WHEN WORKING FROM THIS DOCUMENT, PLEASE
 INDICATE THE CODE CYCLES UNDER WHICH THIS PLAN WAS
 DESIGNED.
  
 PLEASE REMOVE ALL OLD OR VOIDED SHEETS AND REPLACE WITH
 CORRECTED ONES WHEN RESUBMITTING. INCLUDE THEM
 SEPARATELY TO EXPEDITE THE REVIEW PROCESS.
