 1- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTYAT 2300 N. JOG RD.
 TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED
 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 2- NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT WAS SIGNEDBY THE
 CONTRACTOR. THIS SPACE IS TO BE SIGNED BY THE OWNER.
 OTHERWISE PROVIDE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION SHOWING THE
 CONTRACTOR AS THE OWNER'S AUTHORIZED
 OFFICER/DIRECTOR/PARTNER/MANAGER. PROVIDE REVISED AND
 RE-RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AS REQUIRED.

 D) ENGINEER WHO PREPARED THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 NEED TO PROVIDEALL HIS INFORMATION AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. 61G15-23.002 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 E) ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE HIS INFORMATION AND SEAL AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 61G1-16.003 OF FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE

 13- IF ENERGY CALCULATIONS ARE TAKING THE CEILING FAN
 CREDIT, THEN DRAWINGS NEED TO SHOW CEILING FAN SIZE IN

 SIZE OF CEILING FAN REQUIRED.

 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON
 PLANS AND DETAILS. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE
 AND PAGE SHOWING THE SPECIFIC CONNECTOR ONLY.
  
 F) PRECAST CONCRETE LINTELS.
  
 G) STORM SHUTTERS IF WINDOWS AND DOORS DON'T HAVE
 IMPACT GLAZING. AND, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION

 15- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING)ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC 2004.
