 BUILDING IS INDICATED TO PASS OVER PROPERTY LINES WITH
 CONSTRUCTION. THE PERMIT APPLICATION REQUEST THE
 PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER FOR THE PROPERTY FOR THIS
 STRUCTURE TO BE BUILT UPON AND NUMEROUS LOTS AND A
 STREET RIGHT OF WAY ARE INVOLVED. PLANS INDICATE A
 PARKING GARAGE BASEMENTBENEATH 4TH STREET BETWEEN N.
 ROSEMARY AND WEST RAILROAD AVENUE. PLEASE PROVIDE A
 UNITY OF PROPERTY AND OR A RESTRICTIVE COVANENT WITH
 THE LOTS ON BOTH SIDES OF 4TH ST AND ALSO INDICATE THE
 ABANDOMENT OF 4TH ST BETWEEN WEST RAILROAD AVENUE AND

 PERSONS. 105.13.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON
 A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE
