 REPEAT COMMENTS:
  
 1)THE VALUE OF PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 VALUE OF THE HOME.PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIV OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), A
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442
 OF THE ZLDR'S SHALL BE SUBMITTED.THE PLAN SUBMITTED
 IS INSUFFICIENT.MUST MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOUND
 IN SECTION 94-442 AND 94-445 OF THE ZLDRS.FOR
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHADE,
 FLOWERING OR FRUIT TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 1,200
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR PORTION THEREOF. FOR
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS, AT LEAST ONE SHRUB SHALL
 BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE OR
 PORTION THEREOF.NOTE: PALM TREES DO NOT COUNT AS
 SHADE/FLOWERING TREES.ALL TREES AND SHRUBS MUST MEET
 MINIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN SECTION 94-442.
 MY CALCULATIONS SHOW AN OPEN SPACE OF APPROX. 2550
 SQ.FT. WHICH WOULD REQUIRE THREE (3) TREES, THE
 SUBMITTED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS ONLY ONE (1) TREE WITHIN
 THE PROPERTY LINES.
  
 2)THE A/C UNIT LOCATION IS INCONSISTENT BETWEEN
 PLANS.ALL PLANS TO BE CONSISTENT AND SHALL INDICATE
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C EQUIPMENT TO THE
 PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE
 ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN
 4' INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
