 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN
 THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF
 MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY
 WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE
 SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS
 A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS
 EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING

 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 1E) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW)
 AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 REVISIONS.
  
 2)2004 FBC EXISTING
 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.
  
 3)PROVIDE A DETAIL ELEVATION DRAWING OF THE MOUNTING
 UNIT RACKS AND SHOW HOW THE RACKS WILL BE ATTACHED TO
 EXISTING FLOOR. STATE CLEARLY ON THE DETAIL DRAWING
 WHAT MATERIALS WILL BE USED TO CONSTRUCT THE MOUNTING
 RACKS.ADDITIONAL DETAILS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED FOR
 THE NEW SEVER RACKS WHERE THE UNITS WILL BE 18 INCHES
 OFF THE FLOOR. WPB AMENDMENTS SECTION 106.1.2.
  
 4)PROVIDE THE WALL DETAIL OF EACH WALL ENCLOSING THE
 NEW SERVER ROOM AND SUBMIT THE UL LISTING OF THE WALLS
 AND THE MANUFACTURE SPECS FOR THE FIRE RATED DOOR. A
 WALL LEGEND WILL BE HELPFUL TO IDENTIFY EACH TYPE OF
 WALL. THE FLOOR AND UNIT NUMBER OF THE PROJECT SHALL BE
 INDICATING ON THE APPLICATION AND EACH SHEET OF THE
 DRAWINGS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE, AND EXTENT OF
 THE WORK PROPOSED. WPB AMENDMENTS 106.1.1.
